Hi Everyone,
I'm still posting even though I'm not sure many will check in this weekend. I had every intention of taking a rest day, but when I got up this morning, I thought about that piece of cake I'm probably going to eat at the birthday party and did a light aerobic session, non Cathe. I did 20 minutes Tae Bo Bootcamp and 20 minutes Ballaero aerobics with StretchMax on the Ball and my 20 minute AM Kundalini Yoga session.
