Hi Everyone,

Today was Slow & Heavy Back and Abs and then I did the Imax 3 warm-up and Blast Only premix with my own cool down and Imax stretch.

Have great workouts everyone. I'm anxious to see if Cathe's going to post a June rotation.

Well yesterday had such a GOOD time on the bike trails. I am not even sore today?? I started my PS rotation last night. Boy I felt like I had a new dvd :D I have not done that one in a LONG time!! I did back/biceps/abs. Today I will do legs. I am really excited about started a PS rotation!!

Getting ready for camping today, yayy. So, I won't be checking in for a few days.
I ended taking yesterday off.

C&W for me this AM. It was an ok workout. I should have picked something more challening but I was feeling lazy.

Lora ~ I'm hoping Cathe posts a "kick butt" rotation for June 'cuz I need to take it up a notch after my lacklustre May.

Hi Ladies,

I can't remember if I posted yesterday. I did a 5 mile run and MM yesterday and today was a 6.8 mile run.

I am anxious to see the June rotation too.
