Hardcore Rotation Checkin Monday 5/23

Hi Everyone,
This morning was Slow & Heavy Back and 35 minutes IMAX 3 with Slow & Heavy Abs.

If I don't drop these few pounds I need to by the end of the month, I will be doing a fatloss rotation next month. I don't like to see my weight go past the point it's at right now, actually, I'm 1 pound heavier than the weight I'm never supposed to go over. Gotta try to watch my diet, but I get so HUNGRY. It's hard.

Good Morning!
This morning was the Pure Strength series; Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Back, Biceps and abs. It took about an hour to complete.

What I really like about this series is, it does not have you use mega weights and you don't have to do a hundred reps. I feel good, not burned out.

My feet still kind of hurt today. I'm too afraid to do IMAX Extreme tomorrow as planned. I borrowed a friends Billy Blanks DVD this morning, so I'll try that most likely. I wish my feet were just a little bigger, then I could find better sneakers. It stinks being small!!

Hi Ladies,

We have been having beautiful weather here in Utah (80 degrees). It is great!
I have not checked in for a few days, but here is what I have done.

Thursday afternoon was a 7.4 mile run
Friday I did a 5.5 mile run, PP lower body blast premix and abs/stretch from HSC.
Saturday I did a 7.2 mile run and GS Leg floor work.
Sunday was a 9.4 mile run.

I think I will do a very light workout today, an active recovery day.

Hi Everyone,

My 4 year old was sick during the night, so I over slept. I had planned on doing HSC. I will try to get in a coremax and a stretch instead.

The aerobic tile I've been eyeing is from the ironcompany. It is also called "Bouncee". It basically is like a floating floor specifically for high impact cardio. There has been a lot of talk about it on the forum lately. If you do a search on flooring you'll see a lot about it. I hope this answered your question.

Hi everyone,
Today I did I Max 3, May rotation back with my changes I did last week but went heavier on some exercises, CM #3, abs w/ resistance with the Bowflex and finishing off w/ I Max 3 stretch.

Hello,
Today I did Imax2. This week I am working on endurance and cardio, and then starting a PS rotation!! I hear it calling my name:7 Elaine that flooring looks COOL if I start having knee problems. I will be sure to start SAVING for that flooring:)
