Morning Everyone,
Boy, I didn't sleep well last night. I don't know if it's my pain (neck/shoulder) flaring up keeping me from sleeping or hormones. I usually have difficulty sleeping, especially the week before my period, as well as increased pain from my disc problem. I got thru my 2 hour dental appointment last night!! Yay....but I have to go back soon.
This morning I did Kickmax in it's entirety. I only started doing the entire aerobic DVDs about 2-3 weeks ago, as my foot is finally on the home stretch of the healing phase, but when I do a 75 minute aerobics tape (even modifying on the rebounder), it still swells up and I have to ice it and it flares up a bit. It will eventually heal though, as there is no way I'm stopping aerobics to let it heal.
Nicole - thanks for the advice on the SS rotation. Not that I don't appreciate your advice (cuz I do - I'm hardheaded though), but I think I'm going to stick with this FL rotation for the rest of the month like I planned, as I looked it over and it has some stuff in it that I haven't done for a while. Also, I was really sore from Cardio & Weights the other day (new to me) so I think maybe I might see results from this. I also just started cutting a few more calores about 2-3 weeks ago (around the same time, I increased my aerobic time). I kind of want to see how the next couple weeks go. I'm definitely gonna start doing a couple weeks of SS and other non Cathe, as I know I should, but I have to really sort of mentally prepare for this, as I've been so enamored with Cathe since discovering her.....this is gonna take some mental work.
I also have a couple questions - when you put your own music on, how do you know what you're doing? or do you know it so well that you know what's coming up. I don't know if I'll be able to follow with other music. I guess I'll have to see. Also, what kind of cardio are you suggesting if it's non-Cathe? I have an ellipitical and bike, but I can't see doing 70 minutes on one of those without being extremely bored and I'm really trying to do longer cardio sessions. I can rebound, do Tae Bo (I guess), but I don't know if a whole lot of other stuff I have is intensive enough. When you do non-Cathe aerobics, who are some tough instructors.
