Morning Everyone,
This morning I did High Step Training Advanced. Geez....does she do enough leg presses in that DVD. My goodness. I'm tired and haven't gotten enough rest this week and I have a dental appointment tomorrow morning so I can't sleep in. Such is life!

Hi Ladies,

Last night was a 5.5 mile run, tough core premix, and the stability ball stretch from Stretch max.

I plan on a run today, not sure if I will have time for much else.

Lorajc, I hear you on the sleep. I can't wait till tomorrow to be able to sleep in. Weekends are wonderful!!

Happy Friday Ladies!!

This morning I did the Guantlet workout from the Terminator DVD. This was my first time doing this workout and it was a good one. I don't think I need to do anything else today after that.

Lora...you crack me up talking about the leg presses in HSTA! She does do quite a few.

I won't get to sleep in tomorrow, but come Sunday...Zzzzzzzz.

Hi guys,

Today I did PUB and GS BSB. With GS BSB, I basically kept the usual weight, just didn't complete all the reps if I couldn't. My shoulders are real tired. The chest exercises in PUB were very tough, from doing GS CT on Tuesday.
Tomorrow will be legs or long cardio. I haven't decided yet.

Lora, sorry to hear you can't sleep in on your day off. That stinks. BTW, HSTA is my favorite workout. I Love all those step ups.

Marietta, You're right, after doing the Gauntle you're done for today!

Nicole, how did your dd like her room? I bet it's really cool! Did she have a wonderful trip in HI?

Well, off to the shower and run errands. I have to get ready for my kooky father in law to stay with us for the month. Dear God, help me! He constantly does this sound where he's rolling his tongue making like a cat purr at me. He's really weird. I blame his old age. hahaha

HI Everyone,

I missed the check in yesterday. My ds woke up from his nap and was burning up. Last night his temp spiked to 105. Needless to say, it was a rough night, and I wasn't able to get up early to work out. Since I'm new to following rotations what do you do when you miss a work out? Today called for PLB floor work and GSL floor work, abs, stretch. I did the standing floor work 2 days ago with those killer walking lunges. Maybe my legs are good for this week. The DOMS was just setting in last night and today I hardly feel anything, well, I guess a little something in my glutes. My ds is resting on the couch, if he falls asleep I might run downstairs and try and salvage some of my work out for today.

Thanks Marietta and Beverly for the running advice. Do you primarily run outside? I think that could be a lot of my problem. I run on the treadmill very early before the kids get up. I would love to get outside and run more. I do think that I would go further.

Thanks Susan, I'll look for that link on training.

Nicole, see above about my back side! How did your daughter like her room? How fun! I would love to surprise my dd, she's always shopping for her room via catalogs. She's redecorated her room 10 times over in her mind!:D She's so cute.

Dallas--I hope your DS is feeling better. I hate it when my kids are sick.

Marietta--I have not done the Gauntlet yet, thanks for the warning about not having to do anything else. Sounds like a great tiring workout!

Today was my appointment at the Neurosurgeons. The good news is is that I don't have to have surgery. Bad news--he is not sure why I am having the headaches either.

I did Lowmax today for my workout. Didn't do to bad considering I have such a hard time with the step workouts. I like the kickboxing parts the best. I believe the boys want to go for a bike ride later so I will be doing that too.

Well I may or may not get HSTA in today??? Hoping I get a 2nd wind.;-) Dallas sorry to hear about your little boy I hope he gets over this quickly!! When I miss workouts due to sick children and even family visiting. I don't worry about it to much. I just get back to my rotation as soon as I can :) Anyways I'd say your butt got worked out enough this week from those walking lunges :7 I am feeling your pain!! ha ha.

Susan and Dallas my DD had a WONDERFUL time on her trip :D My dd5yrs kept the *secret* about her room until we walked in the door LOL. She LOVED the color. I am just so happy to have her home again!!

Well gotta go do some laundry!! Hope you ALL sleep well tonight and enjoy your weekend!!

Thanks Sabrina and Nicole. My DS is doing better. His temp broke this afternoon. Cute story, he was spraying the ants by the kitchen hallway as I was cleaning up and I smelled something and I said do you need your diaper changed, he responded, "I have gas." I got the biggest chuckle. He's only two. I can't believe that he said that. His poor tummy.

Needless to say, I never did get that work out in.

Good luck with your laundry Nicole. It's never ending, isn't it.
