Boy ....I overslept today. I don't like when I do that. Now I'm all outa wack. Anyway, I did Power Hour this morning for the first time. I can see why everyone gets DOMS from this, as the counts are very different. I was toast!! Since I don't run, I did the Step Only portion of Step, Jump and Pump for 30 minutes of steady state cardio and the stretch from both SJP and PH.
I looked over the July rotation. I'm going to do it, but I may add more on days I have more time in the form of cardio or abs, etc. I have to look at it a little closer and figure some times of stuff out.
I was gonna do MIS that I missed on Monday due to the Doctor appt, but after doing PH today, I don't know if my body will be ready for it! I may just end the month with my favorite workout and do HSC on Sunday.
