Hardcore Rotation Checkin Friday April 29

Hi Everyone,
I did CardioKicks today for the first time. It was an okay workout, however, I really like the music better on the newer series. I hope Cathe posts the rotation soon so I can decide what I'm going to do for my May rotation.

Today is IMAX3 and CM.

I posted what I plan to do for May yesterday. I alternated total body weight w/o with cardio and circuits. I think it's a pretty good mix. I also selected a varity of dvd's.

Hi everybody!

I did my "light 20 min run" last night after work except it wasn't an entire 20 mins. I began with a 5 - 8 minute powerwalk warm up and then I started running. The first interval I didn't go longer than 6 minutes so I walked for a minute and then started running again. I ran for another 7 - 8 minutes and walked for a minute. THEN I ran for 14 minutes (which really excites me) 'cuz I've gone on record stating: I'M NO RUNNER. But now I believe I can (am?) a runner. In any case, I'm motivated to keep at it.

The downside is that this morning my dogs got me up at 3:30A and I was feeling a little stiff from the run and groggy from the early "wake up call". So I blew off the workout this AM (went back to bed) but intend to do GS Legs and PLB floorwork only, coremax and stretch max after work.

Susan: I took a look at your May rotation and I like it. I, too, was thinking I'd go back to alternating total body and cardio mainly because I need to work on my endurance.

Lora: I did Cardio Kicks for the first time last Saturday. I honestly don't remember what the music was like but I do remember I had DOMS in my upper body and inner thighs for a couple of days after. I did enjoy the workout. The DOMS must have eclipsed the music!

Good morning,
Today was lowmax and ab hits. I am looking forward to the May rotation, hopefully this one will incorporated some BB and IS stuff, I am looking forward to the change.

Saturday - GS CT Timesaver, GS BSB Timesaver, Stretchmax 1
Sunday - Christi hi/lo and ab hits.

Last night was a 7.5 mile run and Stretch Max Segment 1. Today will be a short run and MM or ME.

Hi everyone,

Yesterday I was feeling under the weather due to a stomach bug.
Felt better this morning so I did KPC. I just can't seem to get into KickMax. I keep reaching for KPC instead.

Good morning ladies,Yesturday during nap time I did two 35 minute Firm cardio workouts. Today A Muscle Scuplting one from Firm .. Saturday Am. I plan on doing my New Tae Bo that should be delivered today ! Its The "Advanced Get Ripped Series" Off Sunday then Back at Hardcore Monday ,possbly might take one more week off though from the Hardcore. As I'm working on figuring out a Happy medium with my workouts ..I find that doing the same for like 8 weeks I get sick of them,I need that variety here !!!!!! I also want to start running (Never Ran Before)As soon as weather gets nicer,another 6 weeks or so !!! LOL Ok now I'm babbling.. Have great days everyone .:) :) :) .Oh I think we are all getting better .Knock on wood
 
I did the HC & PLB floorwork routines, Coremax on the stability ball and Stretchmax w/ the band. I'm glad today was a "light" day - work was grueling. Yahoo! It's the weekend!

Todays workout was I Max Extreme, GS Chest & Triceps Super Sets, Core Max Tough COre & Complete Core.

Beverly that was a long run. I used to do this on a treadmill at an incline, but running on pavement or at a park is so different.
