Hardcore Rotation Checkin for Friday July 22

Hi Everyone,

Yay!! It's Friday! This morning I had planned on doing more, but due to technical difficulties, my workout was delayed a bit. I did Kathy Smith's Project You: Total Body Circuit.

Good Luck to those of you who decided to do AquaJock's rotation. It looks like a lot of disc changing and time figuring for me. However, if Cathe doesn't put an intense rotation out for August, I may reconsider it.

Good Morning Everyone,

TGIF! I'm going down right now to do GSL and PLB floor work, possibly those walking lunges, and CM #2. Later, I may throw in a run and some more stretching.

Lora ~ I'm concerned about the amount of time for A-Jock's rotation. I'll start it, and see how it goes. I thought my kids would be sleeping in by now. I know when they'll start sleeping in Aug 23 (1st day of school!). :eek:

Woo hoo, I'm going to a White Sox game tonight with about 20 people on a charter bus! It's a good thing tomorrow is my scheduled rest day!

Hi All!

I'm glad it's Friday too!! Long week...

This morning I did Cardio and Weights. I haven't done that one in its entirety for a while. I sweat buckets with that one for some reason and it's really not all that intense. Not sure if I'll do anything else today or not. May go for a very short run as it is very hot here...we'll see.

Lora...I know what you mean about the switching around of DVDs. I usually don't do a lot of Aqua-Jocks rotations because she does switch around quite a bit. This rotation however seemed a little more reasonable to me than others she has put out. I like the variety and think it will be a nice change of pace.

Dallas...I'm sure hoping I don't have to wake up any earlier for this rotation. But if nothing else I can split the cardio and weights portions if necessary. Have fun at the game tonight...that sounds sooooo fun!!

Hello Everyone:D,
I got busy yesterday and was feeling tired so I ended up taking a rest day. So today I did CTX interval and PLB and 200 Walking lunges:D WHY is the first 100 lunges so HARD, and the 2nd 100 seem to FLY:7

Marietta C&W is one of my favorites! I printed and wrote in all the changes for the our up coming rotation. It will be FUN!! So far *3* us are in, but if we keep talking about it maybe we can con some more into joining ;-)

Dallas have you done your lunges yet this week?? I tell ya I did not want to do them today, but I keep thinking about all the GOOD they will do :7

Sabrina are you feeling back in the swing of things yet??

Diana Sue you look like you have been having some GOOD workouts!! Please send me some of your energy :)

Hi Ladies,

I am soo glad it is the weekend. I did a 6.5 mile run and PLB calves and floor work today. I plan to lay out by the pool when I get off of work..
I am ready to relax and get some extra sleep this weekend. I need to clean house too.

Hi everyone,
Today was cardio coach # 2 using the Bowflex rowing and step for the higher intensity challenges. I followed this with KM Low im[act premix with the leg conditioning drills, then I did GS legs from the calves to the end.

Nicole I keep getting my second wind. So the workouts seem to keep coming out.
