Ahhh, the comforts of exercising at home...I woke up with my little boy in bed with me this morning. He climbed in during the night. (my husband travels during the week). So, I worked out in my jammies! Normally I get my clothes out ahead of time when my husband is home. I'm glad I was wearing loose cotton pants and shirt. As luck would have it, all the laundry was done. There were whites in the dryer ~ The bonus was I found a matching pair of socks!
Today I did GS C&T and CM#1.
Nicole, I checked out the link of the rotation you spoke about. If I was looking at the right one, it mentions BSS3 and BSS4? I don't know what that is. Also, I had no idea of what any of those w/o's are. But, I did get the concept of it.
Mary, looks like I'll be taking my own advice. I feel some congestion building, so I'll be high dosing the Vitamin C. My husband sees so many people during the week; I think he brings germs home with him.
