Workout is done. I don't think my heart rate monitor isn't working right. I am getting less of a calorie burn with the same workouts no matter how much effort I put in. Today I did Ripped 1000, then I did Kelly Coffey
s Cardio Sculpt Fitness no w/up then Circuit Zone legs and bonus legs, bis and tris and triceps burn, versa loop lower and bonus, 10 Minute solution Sculpt Tone and Reshape jiggle free buns and thighs segment(wanted to try my new Cathe heavy 8 band) and Hi/Lo Dome stretch. Total calorie burn today was 1030. The thing is with my calorie burns 3 weeks ago I burned 525 cal with Ripped 1000 and was in my high zone more often, last week I burned 437 calories doing it, and today it was 481 because I really tried to extend those cardio segments while Jari was doing the stretching breaks. Guess I just don't get why so different.
Today so far I have eaten plain fat freeyogurt with chocolate whey protein and Peanut Wonder(pretty good not quite the same as natural peanut butter since the soy comes through a bit, but saves loads of fat and calories 100 cal and 2 gr fat) Promised I would take the granddaughters to Sonic tonight. Not sure what I will get. Usually just get a salad and put my own dressing on it. I am getting kind of tired of that. Maybe I should stop off at two places
Debbie, I hope you and your husband can get past all of this. In the end maybe you both can come out with a stronger bond. It is too bad that this other person has felt the need to drag this stuff out here. Hopefully someday she can move on and be able to enjoy her life again.
