Hi everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend! I have a really good one and was able to get my plants in for the most part. I really hurt my left knee somehow, though. I had to ice it last night. It feels much better today. Weird.

Yesterday I did my first workout from Kelly's Youtube channel. I did RAW Kickbox #7. Had a great workout. I actually subscribed because you can't get to the workouts unless you do. I noticed none of the old Box & Pumps are out there. I sure hope she upload them. A lot of other of my favorites aren't out there yet either.

Today I did XTrain Chest, Back and Shoulders and had a great workout. I don't really care for high rep workouts but for this week I will do this one and the Bi's and Tri's just for a change. Had a great workout.

Today's workout went like this:

Round 1
Tempo Pushups
- 24 reps (did some on my toes, then knees)
One Arm Rotational Row - 16 reps - 20#
Side Leaning Lateral Raise - 16 reps - 5#

Round 2
Dumbbell Press on Ball
- 16 reps - 25's
"T" Band Pull - 10# Band
Shoulder Circle - 48 reps - 3's

Round 3
Reach Tap Push-Ups
- 24 reps (I did chest flyes with 15# Band)
"T" Prone on the Ball - 12 reps - 5's
Alternating DB OH Press - 24 reps total - 12's

Round 4
Chest Fly on Ball
- 16 reps - 20's
One Arm Row w/Tubing - 32 reps - 20# band
Bent Over Rear Delt Drop Sets - 16, 12, 8 reps - 10's

Round 5
Lower Chest Incline Fly on Ball
- 16 reps - 8's/5's (these are hard for me, not sure why?)
Dumbbell Pullover on Ball -16 reps - 20#
Double Arm Upright Row - 16 reps - 15's

Round 6
Incline Dumbbell Press on Ball
- 16 reps - 20's
Back Fly on Ball - 16 reps - 12's
Dumbbell "W" Press on Ball - 16 reps - 12's

Round 7
3-Way Chest Fly
- 16 reps - 15's
One Arm Row - 16 reps - 25#
Incline Hammer Front Raise on Ball - 12 reps - 5's

Round 8
Push-Ups - Skipped
Superman "Y" on Ball - Skipped
Lateral Raise w/10-20 Degree Tilt - Skipped

Skipped last round due to time. Workout was 52 minutes, burned 286 calories, HR was 112/151.

I hope you all had a great holiday weekend! Mine was great and got in a lot of walking.
Saturday- 4 miles
Sunday- 4.6 miles
Monday- 5.2 miles
Today I did XTRAIN Burn Sets Biceps and Triceps and had an excellent workout. I also ran on my elliptical for 21 minutes, traveled 2.1 miles and burned 251 calories.

Debbie, if you do XTRAIN Burnsets on the 3rd workout on the DVD you will get a rep count of x10 instead of a higher rep range in the first two workouts of the dvd. Great job on the weight workout and the KCM workout!

No walk outside today. It’s raining all day long. I did a live dance workout this morning.
I should get a stretch in, I am too tired.

This morning I did RAW Kickbox #1 NRG and had a great workout. I don't remember this one? Might be a new one or one I've never seen before on her other channel. Fun combos. I burned 239 with this one and it was 30 minutes.

Then I did XTrain Core #1 - I marked on the DVD that it was "good abs" so I did it. It is a good ab workout and I really enjoyed it. I stopped at the planks because I hate them and because I ran out of time.

Total workout time was 45 minutes, burned 284 calories, did 3251 steps and HR was 125/159.

Diane - did you sign up for Kelly's Youtube channel yet? I know you probably haven't yet since you are limited to what workouts you do right now. :( I actually like it, I just wish she'd make it a bit easier to find her workouts. Numbering them would probably help. She still hasn't uploaded many boxing workouts. I hope she does. How are you feeling and when is your surgery scheduled?

Jolie - I will do the Bi's/Tri's workout that is high reps tomorrow and then I'll do the Burn Sets next week. I am really sore today from yesterday's workout so something worked!! I rarely get sore anymore. Great job with your workouts! You kicked ass yesterday!

Roselyn - You are right, I can't believe how fast time is going. Great job on your upper body workout! Are you still doing Caroline's workouts?

Today I did CL# 360 Pump Up Upper Body = 40 min. She did drop sets and sprinkled in some cardio on the step. I had a great workout.

Incline Reverse Curls on Ball

Workout was 49 minutes, burned 310 calories and HR was 122/158.

Roxie - That is weird. Look for 30-Minutes to Fitness, Powered by Coffeyfit - That is the name of her channel. If you can get other Youtube channels you should be able to get this one.

Checking in late today, where did the day go! Yesterday I walked the up 3 miles in the a.m. and 1.7 miles in the p.m. Today's workout was Cathe's STS 2.0 Upper Body workout #1 and I had a great workout. I added one more set onto the end of each exercise so I would get a really good workout for each body part. Usually when I do total upper body workouts it seems like I do not get a great workout for each muscle group, so I added extra and that did the trick! Tomorrow will be a rest day for me, I am tired.

Debbie, great job on the workout today. I have to check out Kelly's Youtube channel, I have not done that yet. I have so many Cathe workout dvds that I want to do so I guess the Kelly workouts will have to wait for now. I also want to use more of my cardio machines this summer, I want to get my monies worth LOL!

Roselyn, congratulations on the new grand baby coming this summer.

Belinda, nice job on the dance workout, those sound like so much fun!

The procedure went well Tuesday. I have been resting a lot and no workouts right now. I am not supposed to lift anything over 10#, no twisting, bending, or lifting for for 2 weeks. It kind of limits me doing much right now. My grandson is here for a few days to play with Harvey my dog and do things I am not supposed to do. I didn't realize how much I need to bend, to pick up things like the dog bowl to feed him and that sort of thing. They said 3 to 5 days for the pain to stop and I may feel some aching and soreness for up to 2 weeks. Today it is much better and not real sore, just a bit achy. I have not needed to take anything for pain.

Debbie, nice work on XTrain Bis and Tris. I have not looked at Kelly's Channel that much yet. How much is it to sign up? I will wait a while. I can still use the app till the 16th. I am pretty sure I will not be boxing right now. They said patients with osteoporosis are predisposed to further fractures.

Belinda, nice job on the dace workout and SBF upper core. I hope your husband is doing better since he is at home.

Jolie, good job on the walks and STS 2 upper body workout #1.

Roselyn, prayers for the new grandbaby and delivery goes well.
