This morning I did
RAW Kickbox #1 NRG and had a great workout. I don't remember this one? Might be a new one or one I've never seen before on her other channel. Fun combos. I burned 239 with this one and it was 30 minutes.
Then I did
XTrain Core #1 - I marked on the DVD that it was "good abs" so I did it. It is a good ab workout and I really enjoyed it. I stopped at the planks because I hate them and because I ran out of time.
Total workout time was 45 minutes, burned 284 calories, did 3251 steps and HR was 125/159.
Diane - did you sign up for Kelly's Youtube channel yet? I know you probably haven't yet since you are limited to what workouts you do right now.

I actually like it, I just wish she'd make it a bit easier to find her workouts. Numbering them would probably help. She still hasn't uploaded many boxing workouts. I hope she does. How are you feeling and when is your surgery scheduled?
Jolie - I will do the Bi's/Tri's workout that is high reps tomorrow and then I'll do the Burn Sets next week. I am really sore today from yesterday's workout so something worked!! I rarely get sore anymore. Great job with your workouts! You kicked ass yesterday!
Roselyn - You are right, I can't believe how fast time is going. Great job on your upper body workout! Are you still doing Caroline's workouts?
