This morning I did RAW 1 Body Part - Arms and had a good workout. I went a bit lighter in weights than I did the last time I did this workout. I probably could have used the same weights but wanted to be cautious. My pinched nerve has been acting up again.
Dumbbell Curls: 12's - 10 reps
Overhead Triceps Extension: 12's - 10 reps
Hammer Curls: 15's - 10 reps
Overhead Triceps Extension: 10's - 10 reps
Hammer Curls: 15's - 10 reps
Kickbacks: 8's - 10 reps
Kickbacks: 8's - 10 reps
Dumbbell Curls: 12's - 10 reps
Overhead Triceps Extension: 10's - 10 reps
Hammer Curls: 15's - 10 reps
Kickbacks: 8's - 10 reps
Dumbbell Curls: 12's - 10 reps
Overhead Triceps Extension: 10's - 10 reps
Hammer Curls: 15's - 10 reps
Kickbacks: 8's - 10 reps
Finisher: Supinated Curls/Triceps Push Down/Curl Up/Down - repeat this 12 times. - 10's
Workout was 22 minutes, burned 137 calories, and HR was 112/136.
Jolie - I am praying for your mom, I hope she recovers. My mom had a mini stroke about 2 weeks ago and luckily other than being really tired, she doesn't have any other issues. It is so hard to do this at this stage of our parents' lives. So sad for all involved. I'm sure you didn't have much of a birthday, but Happy Birthday! We are now both the same age. SCARY!!

Diane - Watch houses with basements, most flood. I wish we had a basement but then again, I'm glad we don't because we get flooding where I live all the time. A basement would be a nightmare for us.
Belinda - So glad to hear you are doing fine, that is great news. I was worried about you. Maybe put a heat pad on your neck, that might help. Wow, that is scary about the accident. I've been there and done that as well before. I'm not familiar with Four Season Fitness?
