I am up early to get my workout in. I did JS Gentle Yoga: Let It Go Flow = 30 min. I forgot to mention yesterday I got a private restorative yoga session with my very own daughter. She showed me modifications I haven’t seen or done before. DD wants to offer private yoga lessons. She was correcting my posture, making sure I did the poses correctly. I like those one on one lessons.

I have a doctor appointment. BBL
 
Today I did HiiT Chest, Shoulders & Triceps from the Ripped series by Cathe. I forgot what a great workout this series is. She goes a bit fast with both reps and rest but I did my own thing. Had a great workout!!!

Dumbbell Bench Press: 25's - 3 sets/12 reps
Finisher - Pushups: 15 reps (I did about 10, LOL!)

Incline Dumbbell Press: 25's - 1 set/ 20's - 2 sets/12 reps
Finisher - Tricep Pushups: I did 10 reps - she does 15

Incline Dumbbell Flyes: 20's - 3 sets/12 reps
Finisher - Decline Pushups: Skipped

Barbell Overhead Press: 25# - 3 sets/10 reps
Superset w/
Upright Rows: 25# - 3 sets/10 reps
Finisher - Scarecrows: 5's - 15 reps (This burned, I had to stop at around 12 reps)

Alternate Lateral Raise: 10's - 3 sets/10 reps
Superset w/
Front Raise: 15# - 3 sets/10 reps
Finisher - Lateral Raise w/Rotation: 5's - 15 reps (like pouring a pitcher of water)

Overhead Tricep Extensions: 25# - 3 sets/12 reps
Finisher - Dips: 2 sets/20 reps (I did them but rested between sets longer)

Lying Barbell Extensions: 25# - 3 sets/12 reps
Finisher - Kickbacks: 8's - 20 reps

Workout was 48 minutes, burned 241 calories, HR was 107/146.

Great job with your workouts this weekend everyone!! I went to Amish Country on Friday so no workout on that day. We had a lot of fun - went with two of my cousins and a friend.

Today I did Lift Move Restore Total Body skipping the chest and abs. I used 5,8, & 10# dumbbells and the 10# weight plate. I used dumbbells also when Cathe used the barbell. Total time was 47 minutes, 154 calories. I was looking at the papers for my cardiovascular doctor appointment this month. When I saw it said let them know if you are claustrophobic, I had to go look up exactly what a cardi PET scan is. Not looking forward to that one. I would rather do the regular stress test.

Belinda, nice work on JS Gentle Yoga: Let it Go. That is so nice that your daughter gave you a private restorative yoga session. It would be nice to have someone that could help with individual needs.
I watch some of those physical therapy videos and I feel they are generally for people that have never worked out or did a balance workout. So, they are really not all that helpful.

Debbie, great job on Ripped with Hiit Chest Shoulders and Triceps. I am glad you had a fun day with cousins and friend at the Amish community Friday.
