Yesterday I did a Senior Shape 10 minute Standing Stretches//mobility exercises osteoporosis friendly, 12 minutes. Today I did two workouts from Senior Shape Fitness. First I did Intermediate Weight Training with 1 Dumbbell (35 minute) 42 minutes for adjusting and writing down, 163 calories, heart rate 98/124. The second workout was a fun Cardio Dance Workout//oldies Motown to the beat, 29 minutes, 215 calories, heart rate 141/163. Total time was 72 minutes, 378 calories. I liked these workouts. There was no advertisements on them. She has workouts for different levels. No chatter, just instruction and there is music. I will be trying more of them. This medicine is giving me headaches, dizziness, and nausea that comes and goes. Couldn't sleep last night.

Intermediate Weight Workout with one dumbbell unilateral and bilateral done in blocks done twice each
45 sec work/15 rest She uses a 10# dumbbell throughout and says for people let her know what weight they used.

Belinda, I am sorry to hear about your aunt prayers for your family. That is disappointing when you were all excited about the zoom Christmas Party. I have only used zoom when covid was out there and I was doing home school with my grandson. We missed a few classes because we could not get on. I do not like using it. Nice job on the Full Body Foam Roller + strength workout.

Debbie, great job getting in the 30MTF Total Body Workout #1 and treadmill today. Sometimes I find the same instructor and same workouts over and over gets tiresome and finding something new for a while helps get back into the mood. I spend a lot of time just staring at workouts trying to find something. Although my problem right now is trying to control pain and I cannot just jump into some things I would really like to do. Sort of get bored. That is so nice that your husband made you a whole new kitchen. I am sure you will really enjoy it.
 
This morning I did RAW Lift & Box. It was actually really fun and I enjoyed it. Here is how it went:

Workout was 37 minutes, burned 246 calories, did 1318 steps and HR was 122/150.

Belinda - So sorry to hear about your aunt. Prayers to you and your family. That's too bad you couldn't get on Zoom. I wonder why? What a bummer after all of your practices. You are probably right about why I'm not wanting to workout. I hope I feel differently by the New Year.

Diane - Great job with your workouts yesterday!! Yes, I do think you are right, I need something new. I'm sick of Kelly's workouts but I love how they are for my body. I really wish she'd put some new ones out, I'm not sure why she hasn't. I was thinking about doing some Caroline workouts when the new year starts. I need to look at her Youtube channel again to see what she has (if her YT channel is still out there). I do need something different for a while.

Today I did Senior Shape Fitness Low Impact Cario and Core 35 minutes, 196 calories, heart rate 124/163, 2398 steps. I followed it with her Everyday Pilates Routine//core strength back pain, 20 minutes, 43 calories and stretch 7 minutes, 16 calories. Total time 62 minutes, 255 calories.

Debbie, good job on Raw Lift and Box today. I am glad it was fun for you. Caroline Girvin is still there. I think it is older workouts. I bet the body creams and soaps are nice. I wonder why Kelly is not making new workouts like she was before.

I am having a lot of internet issues. My internet didn’t work for most part of the morning. It’s probably why I couldn’t log into the Xmas virtual party.

Today I did a one belly dance live class plus Pilates stretch and a walk outside. My internet seems to work only if I turn off the VPM.

Diane - thank you! We have an appointment on Friday for my phone. It‘s driving me nuts. I am on zoom a few times a week, never had a problem. DH bought new phones, I am wonder if the something got turned off when they did the switch? Although I am still using my old phone, they sent us the wrong phones.

Debbie - thank you! Your kitchen sounds amazing. I can‘t wait to see it. I need inspirations. I think something the phone company turned off when they switched phones? That‘s all I can think off. My husband was on the phone with Verizon for a few ours to fix my iPad/phone. Both didn‘t work. Weird!

Merry Christmas Eve to you all! Wow, what a year it has been for me, and I am so happy for it to be coming to an end. My mom is feeling better now that we are taking her of the meds, but my dad's cancer came back bad from all of the stress that came with my mom's issue. Two parents going down at the same time is tough and I live 3 hours away. On a lighter note, I got in two great workouts this week so far, STS Meso 1 Disc #7, Chest/Shoulders and Biceps and today I did Disc#8 Back and Triceps. We are going out to dinner tonight and BBQing tomorrow even though we should have a lot of rain. I hope I get a new laptop for a gift because this one barely works anymore. I have been walking the dog a lot to relieve stress, so I am happy about that even though I have put on some pounds for stress eating. I am getting on cleaning up my diet on Friday, no excesses. I am also having to take my parents dog next week, my dad cannot walk him anymore while he works through this Cancer issue. Living by himself is tough and this just adds to the things that need to be done each day.

Today I did Senior Shape Fitness Strength Combos workout to Build, 51 minutes (took me a while to write down the moves) 193 calories, heart rate 100/133. I followed with Senor Shape Chair Yoga Upper Body( to options on it for osteoporosis) using 2# dumbbells optional for part of it, 20 minutes, 57 calories. Total time 71 minutes, 250 calories.

Strength Combos 15/45 seconds does 2 upper moves and 2 lower moves then combine 2 upper and 2 lower moves she uses 3# and 8# dumbbells and I used 5# and 8# dumbbells

Belinda, I am sorry you are having internet issues. We switched to Verizon and had a lot of problems. and trips to the Verizon store. Both of us were on the phone for hours trying to fix things with people we could hardly understand. That is a shame you have to turn off your VPM to make it work. Glad that you were able to do Belly dancing and Pilates stretch along with a walk. Hopefully you get the right phones and they get you set up right.

Jolie, I feel so sorry for you and the stress having both parents with health problems. 3 hours is a long drive. Good job on STS disc 7 chest, shoulders, and triceps and disc 8 back and biceps. Take care of yourself.

Yesterday I went for an hour walk with Sadie, did Pilates Happy Hips and Pilates Stress Reliefe and Relaxation Flow (from her Christmas series).

We had a quite evening talked to my sister for a long time than Dh and I watched TV. I fell sleep, lol.

I will do Pilates with Bands today and hopefully go for a walk. BBL

We have a lot of rain again tomorrow so I hope to get a weight workout in since I will not be walking the dog.
