Dil and I did SBF stretch 2, 35 min. She is also a yoga instructor, she liked the stretch.

Diane - great job on Funtional mobility Timesaver warm up and Low Impact Cardio, 20 minutes, and Lauren SS Cardio and Strength Hiit joint friendly.
