Good morning,

I did a nice Pilates stretch. I don‘t have a lot of time today, it‘s my husbands birthday. getting ready to celebrate it.

Yesterday's workout was P90X Back and Biceps and had a great workout. I also took a 2 mile walk and boy did I sleep well last night. Today I walked the pup 3 miles, it is going to be a warm one today. 80 degrees at the beach, I have my lounge chair out on the deck with a good book to start. I love these warm Fall days...

Debbie, great job on getting through the workout, I hate when you get all excited and then it isn't as good as we had hoped.

Good Evening,

I did Raw 4 Days Split Hips/Glutes & Abs this is the start of week 4. It is so cold here. Had girls weekend in Omaha Nebraska and it was snowing when I left yesterday

Jolie-they are doing a new P90X with another trainer who is younger.

Debbie-I noticed she is putting a lot of her sons music in the workouts
 
Today I did Lift Move and Restore Upper Body, Timesaver #2(leaves out a lot of the band work), 39 minutes, 135 calories. I finished with Caroline Jordan Posture Stretches and Jessica Valant pilates for back pain, 18 minutes, 34 calories. I skipped a couple of moves in the pilates work.
 
No workout for me today. I was walking with a friend yesterday and slipped off curb, rolled my ankle and fell on my hands as well as hitting my forehead lightly on the concrete! I thought I broke my ankle and wrists, but I am feeling pretty good today believe it or not! I used my infrared light, and it took all of the swelling away and as well as the pain. However, my back is so out of alignment that sleeping is brutal as well as sitting and bending over. My chiropractor cannot get me into see her till next Friday so I am not sure what I can do to make myself feel better. I can walk the dog but working out today will never happen.

Roxie, great job on the workout. I have to look into who is going to do the new P90X program, I love it, but I only like the first set that came out, the other two are not my jam. I like only traditional lifting workouts, no compound exercises or extreme ones that I could never do at my age.

This morning I did RAW Heavy Bag/Shadow Boxing and had a great workout. Love this one, my favorite boxing workout.

Workout was 40 minutes, burned 292 calories, did 2246 steps and HR was 131/18. My HR never go that high, not sure what that's all about.

No time for personals. I have Academic Challenge tomorrow and was out at the site where it is held to set-up for it. Tomorrow is the challenge so I probably won't post until later in the day.

Great workouts everyone! Jolie, I'm sorry to hear you fell and hurt yourself. Glad you are feeling fairly well today. Yikes!!
