Happy Tuesday everyone!
I'm sorry I have been MIA this week - my internet at home still isn't working. It should be fixed sometime today (or so they tell me!). Anyway, I also received my new DVD's yesterday, so I decided to do STS Total Body this morning. It was a good workout, although I didn't do the 65% 1RM because I haven't been doing much in terms of weight lifting over the past few weeks, and also because I wanted to get a feel for the workout. I would say I did about 50-60% for most exercises and really felt like I got a good workout.
Debbie - I guess I shouldn't crack open Intensity tomorrow then....

I was considering trying it for my planned cardio day, but all of those plyos and jumping sequences just doesn't sound like fun.....maybe I'll have a change of heart tomorrow morning.

BTW, I am still doing one of your rotations (think it was the fat burning intermediate rotation). Thanks again for all of your hard work.
Roselyn - I saw your post from last night, but couldn't respond because my internet kept timing out - ARGH. I was previewing the workouts last night and hope to at least try all of them over the next week or so.
Diane Sue- It sounds like you get quite the workout just chasing that child around! LOL

She does sound busy....just like grandma!

I hope you are feeling better now and the sore throat doesn't persist.....I hate getting sick.
Theresa - That looks like quite the workout - WHEW!!! How is the personal training coming along? I give you all of the credit in the world....you have to have a LOT of patience to teach people.
Teddygirl - That sounds like you had a great time. Having friends over is so much fun! Enjoy your day off - you have been working so hard!
Lori - I was thinking about your dilemma - not liking the cold weather, etc., and I came up with any idea. How about hooking Skyler up to a dog sled?

I have never seen an "Iditerod (?sp) Beagle".......just a thought.

Seriously, I found some cheap snow shoes 2 years ago at a local thrift store and I was able to get quite a bit of use out of them last year. It was amazingly good exercise!
Ok...I should get back to work. I hope I can post at home soon and I can't wait to hear what everyone thinks about the new workouts!
Have a great day!
Cheryl
