Happy Mothers Day

Have a happy day whether you're a mother or not. But, all moms out there, enjoy *your* day!

Today my son bought me something clandestinely, or so he thought, while shopping with me! He is twelve years old. It was cute and heartwarming.

Tomorrow I expect we'll cook some hamburgers on the grill with my own mom, and just enjoy the afternoon. Hope you all have a stress free day.

Happy Mother's Day to all who are Mom's or who have Mom's:) :). My 9 year old daughter has dropped soooo many hints about what they made at school for Mother's Day, and I can't wait to see her face when she gives it to me. I love my collection of treasured hand prints, sculptures, cards and "UMO's" (Unidentified Mother's day Objects). They are among my most valued possessions. Enjoy your day Ladies:):)

Hppy Mothers day, Connie, Dani and Lauri,

and everyone else. It will be a fun day today. I think for a change of pace I will get a nice walk jog on the treadmill to get my day started and then spend it with the family. Enjoy your day everyone.

Debbie:)

Happy Mother's Day everyone! Boy, I got it good this year. Flowers on Thursday, a shopping day yesterday, and a wonderful lunch today. But nothing beats what my 3-year-old whispered to me this morning: "I'll always love you, Mama."

Happy Mother's Day all!!

We had a Mother/Daughter Brunch at my mom's church yesterday--4 Generations! What fun! I have only sons, so I got to hold all the baby girls there. (My grand-nieces----- )

Happy mother's day to everyone.

Just a funny story.....I have to laugh each time I see your name Pinky. My last child born is four months old and we named him Noah, but the kids started calling him Pinky (from Iceage). My oldest son (13) was trying to entertain him the other day while the baby was crying and suddenly stopped and looked at me and said "what's his name mom?". He was dead serious. I said "Now I realize that this is baby number 6 Tyler, but come on you don't know his real name???" He thought a long time and said "Samuel??? Elijah?? um...." then he asked his younger brother for the name and his younger brother told him. "ohhhhh did we name him Noah???" And then he continued calling him Pinky and each time I see your name, I laugh. I just couldn't believe this. Oh well...he definitely inherited my short term memory.

Happy mothers day (at least they NEVER forget the name MOM)

Briee, thank you for sharing your story. We do have Ice Age, and I chuckle every time I hear Manny the mammoth call the baby Pinky. My son once asked me why the mammoth was addressing me. :)
