Gym Style Workouts

Hello All,

I know this topic has been discussed to death, but I think I prefer gym style workouts because I can concentrate on one or two muscle groups and give it my all. I love muscle endurance workouts but sometimes they move too fast and tire me out. To that end, can anyone tell me if the new supersets & push/pull workouts are considered muscle endurance? I think I am going incorporate more of PS and S&H style of workouts because muscle groups also get more rest with these. I think I will incorporate muscle endurance workouts as a way to shake things up. I am voting for a PS2. Also can anyone recommend any other videos/dvd that are gym style workouts?

Thanks.
Kim

RE: Hi Kim!

Kim, not sure what you are asking about this workout??? I know you said you want to concentrate on just one or two body parts at a time. This workout only includes "back". It also includes an intense workout of Hi/Lo, Step & Kickbox circuits. It has an AB routine also. In order for you to hit all body parts during the week, you would need to get the WHOLE CTX Series. Sorry if I am not understanding your question. BTW, the whole series is awesome!
