Cathe, Chris, and SNM-

I just previewed my new DVDs and I don't know how to communicate effectively how impressed I am with them. Granted, I was using my 52 in. HDTV to look at them, but I think the level of production on these workouts is stellar. The tighter camera angles, overhead moving camera, hair and makeup, and not to mention the outfits that just POP on the screen....it's awesome!

I am continually amazed that you, Cathe, are able to come up with new choreography and weight work that looks fun after all these years! I can't wait for the next rotation!!

Please share as soon as you do a workout. I have to wait here on the West Coast until the brown van makes it across the states! (well, and for me, into the boondocks. )

You're going to love the camera angles in particular. They're much closer up on Cathe and the gang--you really feel engaged with them and "with" them, if that makes sense. I'm going to do kickbox and legs tomorrow!
