Going to Amy's Rumble filming today!

Today's the big day! I posted couple of weeks ago that I'm taking my DD (12 yo) to watch Amy film her kickboxing/heavy bag workout Rumble and I just got off the phone with Amy. She's sooooo nice and of course, I was a gushy mess. . We're invited to come after they've finished with hair & make up and can start watching when they are making the intro. Anybody have any questions or things they specifically want me to make note of while I'm there??

i'd love to know if the intensity of the workout is on par with kbx or more toward in the ring. i like both workouts but am hoping for more toward kbx. have fun - it sounds like a great day!

It was such a fun experience!! I'm completely exhausted from just watching Amy and Toni and their wonderful crew. LOL! I will post details tomorrow a.m. I have a million things running through my head and I don't know where to start! I do think it's going to be another great workout from Amy.

Awesome!!!! How cool is that?? I was on the set for filming of 5 TaeBo videos (I was NOT in them---->sighs)...and I remember the HEAT and how you had to be tip toe quiet. But, that is sooo cool that you got to experience that. You gain a whole new appreciation for the videos when you see all that goes on behind the camera during filming. Wowza!
