Getting It Done! - July

Sorry for not checking in yesterday! Aleisa and I did Focus T25 cardio and abs yesterday. Not sure what I will do today?

Sherry - my calves are still hurting, I think it's T25? Good job catching up on your with laundry, house cleaning , and groceries. The never ending story:D I had no time to change, ended up working out in my dress:p

Heidi - I remember those DOMS from 4DS Legs! Looks like you cycling through your DVD collection too? Have fun with PLB today.

Hi all!

WO done! 3 miles of walking hill intervals - varying incline 0 - 12%, followed with iStretch Athletic 10 min and 100 sec planks - all directions!

Belinda- love the way you are mixing T25 with STS. Hope those calves are recovering. I can see you are thinking about another STS rotation . . . how would you mix those two?

Heidi - What are your plans? Recovered those DOMS yet?

Tomorrow is another one of those marathon work days, so not planning to get anything in. Sleeping well tonight to get me rested up.

I finished Turbo Fire HiiT 30, Turbo Fire Abs 10 Class and Turbo Fire Stretch 10 Class awhile ago.

Sherry - fantastic job on your run yesterday. I don't know, how to mix those two workouts:eek: My calves are still killing me:( Not sure, if I want to do those high impact workouts?

Heidi - how are you doing today?

Belinda - great job today - I'm sure the lower intenstiy was better for you. Did moving help work out the calves yet? Yeah, was wondering if is was possible to mix those.

Today I will do STS D2 Bic + Tric

Sherry - wtg, on your run yesterday. For some reason, my arch was cramping up with T25:eek: I think, I will wait until my foot is completely heal for T25. It's a lot of high impact.

Heidi - hope all is well!

Belinda: Great job working out with your DD! :) I miss seeing mine lately. Have a great workout with STS D2. So did you decide to follow any rotation for STS?

I have been super busy with work lately and my workouts have been a bust. :( So today I took the day off just to make sure I get in something!!!!

So I did Intensity Series Boot Camp in full! There take that my slacking self. LOL!;)

Good afternoon,

Just finished D2 Back + Triceps! Had to lower my weights a little, don't want my back to act up again. Still had a great workout.

Heidi - I plan on doing the 3.5 month STS with Turbo Fire/Turbo Jam. I also will mix other cardio workout in. I will follow the weight workouts to the T! WTG, on Cathe's Boot Camp today, that's a tough one.

Sherry - hope you have fun with your workout today.

Your rotation sounds good too. :)

I am almost finished with June 2013 rotation. Then I am going to do Z strength and her cardio mixed with biking and running. That's the plan for now anyway. ;)

Heidi - great job finishing up the June 2013 up! What results did you get? Like your plan:D I was thinking mixing Z workout into my mix too? Decisions, decsisions:rolleyes:
