Getting it done for August!!!

Turbo Barre was done in two shifts. Got most of it done in the AM, but had to finish the rest last night. I just can't get up early enough for a workout that is over a hour long.... This morning was Hiit 40/20 + Ab Circuits stability ball abs. It feels like I haven't worked my abs in months. I am so weak! My LB was very heavy this morning, that is for sure!

Heidi - The pup is pretty much 100% now. They thought he was dying Monday night. Apparently he has something that requires him to take pepto for dogs.... Can't remember the name of it. Thankfully he is ok, but I still think our neighbors think we did something to him. I feel so bad. I'm just glad he is still alive! He has other things wrong with him already, so who knows what really brought this on.

I did pre-order....loved the picture cathe posted on facebook of the xtrain in the sand. :) What is LovingFit?

Sherry - Good job in getting a workout in even while you're traveling. That has to be hard!

Belinda - How is your LB today?

At work everyone seems to be getting back to the district and demanding this and that. Its begun. I'm trying to stay calm and remind myself to just take it one day at a time. Don't stress out over what you know needs to be done tomorrow. Deal with it as it comes...

Today I will do KPC!

We couldn't finsih your living room, I steam cleaned the carpet since everthing was out anyway, made claning much easier.This morning I finished our living room, everything is back where it needs to be. I like it a lot! Funny what a little paint can do!! LOL! Good job today and yesterday.

Heidi - my legs are fine from S&G. Did you get all your paperwork done? I need to that next..it never ends, hah? How long have you been doing LovingFti? Looks intense!

Karen - at least you got TB in, right? WTG!

Sherry - how are you doing?

This morning was Athletic Training (I think thats what its called...). Something in the LIS. Was a mess by the time it was over. I couldn't believe there were abs at the end of this one...abs three days in a row and they are sore!

I've scheduled a massage for 230 this afternoon. I am looking forward to it!

Heidi - I like Zuzana too! I saw she posted her new site the other day but now she took it down! I think people were being too critical about it. Bodyrocks site sucked at first too, its come a long way though. Not a fan of Lisa.

I've never heard of Loving Fit so I will be checking it out for sure. Thanks for sharing. :)

Friday I did KPC and yesterday I did PLB. I will take the day off today. I am beat, this week been crazy.

Hi all!

Been a few crazy days. First, flying home Friday was nuts. I wish I would have been told before I checked out of the hotel that my flight was delayed 3 hours, which was then extended a bit more. I did finally make it home, only to have the power go out early that evening and be off for about 24 hours, finally back on late last night. So, we're a bit out of sorts here, trying to catch up on laundry, dishes, groceries and such.

I do want to get in a run tonight, but waiting for a little later, since I always do better when it's cooler.

Heidi - Do you just do the wo's in front of your computer? Hook it up to your TV? You always find such great stuff!

Karen - AT is another one of Cathe's killers! Hope you enjoyed your massage!

Belinda - But doesn't it feel good to have the room painted and all done?!

Sherry: Sounds like a crazy weekend. Glad you got your power back on though! Some towns around here lost their's and it takes days to get going again.
The workouts are done right off my lap top...some I watch the preview to get an idea of what it is all about. I write it down and set my timer then off to get it done. ;)
These workouts I got from Wendy. :) We keep other on our toes with new ones. I have to find another toughie before she comes back from vacation. HEHE...evil laugh here... ;)

Karen: I did notice that as well with Z. :( I hope she gets her site up and running again. My next workout pick was going to be from her too.

I did Intensity yesterday,, just didn't had time to post it, sorry!! My son is keeping me busy, lol We ended up driving to IKEA, bought few things for DS. Well lets say we didn't get back until almost 9 pm last night, I was beat.

This morning I will do Trisets UB + CM#2.

Heidi - your workouts are that short? WTG on your workout. After the Aug rotation, I will do an STS undulating rotation!

Well . . . I seem to have torqued my knee, and have no idea how I did it. Yesterday was really bad. Today it's better but not ready for any strenuous exercise - a casual dog walk is about it. I'm sure the dog is wondering what happened to the race walking.

I did to Upper Trisets Express, and might do some more stretching here in a bit. Frustrated - seem to be falling more behind in the running.

Belinda - LOL about IKEA. We went several times when we were redoing DD's room.

Heidi - Did you find a torture session for when Wendy gets back?

Today's plan: CSS! I may do only 1 round each and tack on a cycle workout.

I got in a run today! Yay! Was a very easy run, but I let Coach Sean talk me thru CCV1 to 3 miles done. I finished with iStretch Athletic 20 min. I'll let you know how it feels in the morning.

Heidi & Belinda - you are both putting me to shame! Way to go on your workouts!
