GETTING FOCUSED NOW!!!!

Hello everyone!

I am still relatively new to Cathe and the forms. I would like to say that I have made my mind up to be focused on my workouts and to get serious about my clean eating. I only have one problem. I don't know how to really eat clean. Is there any books or websites that would offer an example or can any of you ladies help me out with this?

I have trip to Chicago scheduled in September, I plan to be 12lbs lighter by then. I am starting my routine this week and I plan on sticking with it.
 
Clean eating means eating in as natural a state as possible. E.g. apple is better than apple sauce is better than apple pie. ALso, try to eat amller portions thoughout the day. I found some good recipes/ideas in the Food Doctor and BFL books.
 
Good for you! Yes, eat the small portions throughtout the day. Watch the sugar amounts on label and have fun with it!

I second the BFL website and also the South Beach Diet. When I last visited each, they were both still free websites w/great information.
