Hi all,

My name is Brad and I don't post often, but have enjoyed Cathe for years. I just wanted to share an awesome cardio combo that I just did. So here goes:


KM warm up and blast challenge
HSTA step cardio only
Step Blast Challenge
C&W abs and stretch

You get a solid 40 minutes of varied cardio and abs. The endorphins really kick in by the time you get to SB challenge and the song on the abs segment is the icing on the cake. Enjoy!

Nice one Brad, this looks awesome.....holy cardio!! Intense and varied, I bet the 40 minutes (and the sweat) just flew!

I am all about the endorphins so will be trying this one real soon}( . Thanks for sharing!

Hi! Thanks for sharing this! I just tried it, and, boy, time really flew by!! I only did the step blast challenge and one blast at the end of the cardio because the breaks in between chapters kept throwing me off. I didn't see a premix for it. I think the next time I'll just fast forward to that part and go from there. Keep them coming! I feel inspired; I may come up with some of my own.

Hi Gretchen!

Glad you enjoyed the mix. I think the problem you had was using the mix and match menu. If you just go to the chapter menu and click on step blast challenge, it will all flow seamlesly. Mix and match takes you back to the menu after each chapter. Good luck and I will definitely be sharing more combos.
I want to give a big shout out to Aquajock for all the inspiration. She's the queen of mish moshes.
