Freestyle question

Hi,

I just received my Freestyle book and have a question. When you do Freestyle and are using your Cathe tapes, do you alter them? Like, if she is doing arms and you've already done your arm workouts for the week would you maybe do lunges during that time? (Or would you just do a workout that total focus is on lower body?) Does that make sense? (I don't have a multidisk DVD player, so if I just do portions of the workout, there would be a break in between if I do sections of different workouts...)

For Cathe dvds I usually just lighten up my weights to about 70% of what I normally would do for legs about four or five times per week......

When I do circuit workouts like "Circuit Max" - instead of doing the arms, I just do the leg portion or do walking lunges.......

You could probably skip her arms in circuit workouts if you already did your arms for that week, but i have found that in circuits Cathe usually doesn't go as heavy and its more endurance style, so I can do my arms one day and then Circuits the next without getting sore or feeling like I overtrain..........
