Free Heavy Weight Workout for Cathe On Demand Customers

If you go towards the end of the video in the WB, starting at around 37:13, the music is missing. This should be an easy fix, and we hope to reupload the video file again later today.

Also, we're aware that if you are an iOS user, the OnDemand app crashes after you select the Total Body Metabolic Strength icon. We've had this problem in the past, and I just wish I could remember how we fixed it. But don't worry, I'm sure we will figure it out.

I'll update everyone once I know more.
My On Demand and workout blender workout still do not have music starting around 37:12.

I double-checked and all three streams now have music. You probably just need to clear your cache. Also, if you're referring to the WB workout you made before the file was corrected, you will need to redo it. The corrected audio will only work from the time of the correction going forward.

I just checked my OnDemand videos and blender and mine has sound all the way through. I even made sure I was specifically at 37:12 and I still had sound. I tried 2 different computers and they both worked.

I have cleared the cache, restarted my browser and also cleared the cookies (all twice) but my video is still missing the music near the end of the workout (about 37:12). I am using a mac laptop computer. I have also tried with three different browsers: firefox, chrome and safari and the music stops at the same point in all of the browsers. I have also tried playing it through the On Demand link and also using the workout blender to play the workout.

Addendum:
I just tried playing the video on my iphone and casting to my TV. The workout has music to the end if I play it on low quality. If I switch to "better" or "best" quality, then the workout loses the music at the same spot (approx 37:12).
From the workout blender and On Demand videos (on my computer), the workout has music until the end on "low" quality only. On medium or high quality the music stops at about 37:12.

From what I have described above, it seems that the music only plays until the end on "low" quality

Please advise. Thank you for your assistance.

It sounds like you just have a hard cache issue. I would suggest a few things. First, are you using the Workout Blender to play the video? If you're, try to click on the settings icon in the player and select a different quality setting. I would try all three quality settings ( low, medium, and high ) and see if you have the same problem. Also, when you say you have cleared cache, are you clearing browser cache or Mac computer system cache?

The workout has music to the end if I play it on "low" quality on all of my devices. If I play it on "medium" or "high" quality the music stops at 37:12. I cleared the cache on my computer and my browsers.

OK, so I wanted to check further.........I always play on low quality and I have no problem......but I did put
it on medium quality and went to 37:00 min and started it and the music did quit playing at about 37:12.
Changed back to my low quality and the music plays. I was doing this in the blender.

I tried just the cooldown chapter in the blender, which is where this basically is, and the music played
fine, low & medium quality. Since I always use low quality, this isn't a problem for me,but those that
use medium/high, I'm sure it is.

SNM-More info to help problem solve: If I use the workout blender and only select the cool down, it plays on low, medium and high quality. If I play the entire workout on medium or high quality then the music stops near the end.

Hee Hee, fitnation, we must have been thinking the same thing! That's what I had done too, right above you!
I always use low, so I hadn't seen it, but when I changed to medium, there it was! They'll get it corrected!

This is because the problem is with the main file, not the chapter file. We replaced the entire parent video file on July 4th, but some of you are still accessing the old file, which is either cached on your device or is cached on one of our cloud content servers.

We just purged the cache on our cloud servers (this may take up to 24 hours to take effect). I would suggest trying again and see if it is working correctly for you now. It's working fine here, but it may take longer for the cache purge to reach the cloud server you access. Also, you may need to clear the cache on your machine, too, but try it again now and let us know if it is working correctly.

SNM- i just cleared my main computer cache and emptied the trash. I also cleared all browser cookies and my browser cache. I also restarted my computer. I then tried the workout On Demand. It has music in the low and high settings but no music near the end in the medium setting. In the workout blender I have music at the end, in the low setting and the high setting but no music in the medium setting. What seems to have changed, after doing all of the above, is that I now have music in the high and low settings (and not just the low setting) but still no muisic in the medium setting. Please advise and thank you so much for your help. I am most appreciative for the assistance you have provided.

The medium-quality setting is the only video file that we are aware of that had any issues. This is the only file we have replaced and purged the cache for. We just got notice that the cache purge that we did has now been propagated to all of our cloud servers, so you may want to try again. However, the cache issue may be on your computer, and if it is a hard cache, it can be difficult to get rid of. You can try searching how to get rid of a hard cache for your browser type, but you may just want to use a different quality setting and see what happens in a few days. We will let you know if we learn anything new as more reports come in from other users, but it's currently working fine on our computers.

SNM- Thank you. I will try again in a few days to see if the problem is resolved with the medium quality video. For now I will use the low or high quality workout videos.

Ok great! Let us know what happens. Also, if your ISP uses a proxy server, the file could be cached there, too. Eventually, the cached file should die, but it's hard to say when this will happen.
