Got your attention didn't I???? Bet I'll get lots of hits and if your wasting your time reading this it's your own fault as it's only for Julie and it's completely meaningless, but extremely private nonetheless. }( }( }( }( (I'm sorry guys, it's been a long day and I'm really tired which makes me somewhat......I was going to say goofy, but it's more like jejune.....I've heard that somewhere before and if I use it enough maybe I'll get bicep veins like it's original posteree - is that a word?)

Anyway, Julie, I did reply to your HST post and thanks for the email, I tried to return one and couldn't get it to GO. Can you send me your email? Thanks a bunch!!

Briee

(Just two jejune jugglers, jumping jejunily in June, while injesting jejune jellybeans just in time for.....Jeopardy....oh jejune jubilation. jejune, jejune, jejune, jejune, jejune, jejune, jejune......I think I feel popping veins already)

RE: For Julie's,( Amadeus) eyes only......extremely pri...

The truly sad thing about this is that Debbie has posted 1883 times since this new forum started which wasn't that long ago!

RE: For Julie's,( Amadeus) eyes only......extremely pri...

I'm rolling on the floor Sherry....."The Cathe Poster Child" now this is perfect.....we have to make some up right away, care to donate a picture of yourself flexing with your 1,800 post bicep veins Debbie? You know scienfically maybe there is something to this, the EMR's emitted from the computer keyboard infiltrate the capillaries by way of the finger tips and give a swell to the veins......hm.

Posting harder.....(breath, one two three four....I feel them swelling already, I think this is working)

RE: For Julie's,( Amadeus) eyes only......extremely pri...

LOOK AT THAT PUMP! Oh wait, that's not your biceps I'm looking at but the cute little belly growing! How's the baby (so far)?

Those popping veins. Has anyone else went to the Dr. and had lab work done where they think your veins look so good and then they poke you with a needle several times? Just a thought. 1800 times??? I have probably been on here that many times and then some. Just don't post that much.:D I really do enjoy all of the posts. It is like an addiction. Do I look first thing when I get up or put if off. Almost always before I go to bed. By the way your extremely private post got my attention.

Okay ms fitness goddess, that is not the swell I was looking for!!! (I will add that we are always thankful for children, I just HATE getting fat). And just for the record I am still buttoning my jeans, but they are getting snug!! I'm sure baby is doing fine, no kicks yet maybe in 3 weeks or so. Can't tell ya about ultrasounds and stuff like that, I am not a fan of OB/GYN's, I know how to eat healthy, stay healthy, and I question the safety of all their standardly run tests, as well as their recommendations which seem to change like the wind. (I know I'll get in trouble for stating that on the forum }( }( }( }( ). Oh well, only Julie will be reading this anyway, right? and she's a rebel too (julie where are you anyway????).

Diane Sue, can't believe you mentioned the lab work subject. I went in one month ago and asked for a chem screen so I can have a baseline for my own pregnancy records, iron levels etc...and the tech commented on my huge veins (minus that bicep one of course). She then proceeded to "miss" like 5 times and then went to the other arm. She apologized and said that she is usually "very good" at this......that's okay, the OB/GYN said the same thing with the management of my first pregnancy x( x( x( (ooooooo I better quit now while I'm......behind?). And Diane, you needn't keep posting as I believe your bicep veins look great if I remember your pictures correctly.....but I always appreciate hearing from you anyway, would you like to exchange abs with me for the next few months, please? :D :D :D :D

Hey Briee....how many kids is this for you? I read you had midwives in one of your posts somewhere. I did with my last three children also. BTW, they have magical powers...ask them about bicep veins and striated shoulders.;-) I'm gonna be a gramma for the first time Aug 5th or somewhere thereabouts. My only daughter is pregnant. Too exciting!!:7:7:7

Wow!!:p :p :p :p :9 :* :7 A super private/public post just for Moi! I'm deeply touched!!!:*

Had #1 son's graduation party on Saturday. It was a ball, but I'm glad it's over.

On the topic of Midwives I had my last delivery with a Midhusband! Yes, how many male midwives do you think there are in the state of Minnesota?? Two, as of 6 years ago. Anyway he practices with 6 other midwives and yes of course he was on call the day I delivered. I was a bit apprehensive, but I must say he did an awesome job and I wouldn't change a thing. AND (after 3 boys)I finally got the girl!!!:7 :7

Yes, Briee I am so hip to this HST deal! I'll e-mail you my "not screwed up e-mail address". I must have typed it in wrong during set-up and now when I went to correct it, I was told my correct e-mail address is all ready in use. Go figure . . .

I think we got some hot weather movin' your way and you can have it. :p

RE: Debbie . . .

Yes Julie, she is onto us....this was all just a planned Debbie trap. he he. I am so glad you are back in the land of the living Julie....I was getting worried!!! Sounds like you had a fun party!!

Julie and Sherry, I had a midhusband for my first birth, but they worked in conjunction with a huge Harrisburg,PA hospital. I get braxton hicks contractions from three months on to the end of the pregnancy for some weird reason. I had them for weeks before I told him and when I did he "spazzed out" and brought in every uterine specialist on the east coast, literally. Everybody studied my uterus and they hooked me up to the "contraction machine" and told me I was in preterm labor. I told them I'd been doing this for weeks, but they said "oh no this isn't normal". (I've never been normal, they should have listened to me - you all could have told them that!!). Being my first baby....I did what they told me and they put me on turbutaline and all kinds of drugs to make these stop, which they never really did. I had a miserable pregnancy and delivery and was very irritated to say the least with doctor's in general and I saw at least 20 different specialists at that time. So next baby, instead of bedrest and taking drugs....I did aerobics. Wonder of all wonders, I went 8 days past my due date with all the same contractions through the whole preg. Baby number 3 same thing but I went 3 weeks past the due date. By this time my DH said....I can do this (referring to delivery). If you knew my DH, you'd realize that he can do anything, it's amazing. So baby number 4, he did all the weekly prenatals and delivered our little boy. Baby number 5 we did an underwater birth (sounded fun!!) and he delivered our baby girl underwater, and it was fun!! I in no way want to imply that everyone should do this.....he has a STRONG belief in the power of God and is quick to say that he delivered these babies with the help of the Lord. And we did so very responsibly, we showed our records to the doctor right before we delivered because we wanted some bloodwork done to be sure of my iron levels, which we closely monitored, and she even commented that we had better records and more thorough weekly checkups than they do at the office. Amazingly, the doctor's couldn't solve my anemia through the first 3 pregnancies with normal methods, we did our own research with baby number 4 and found that raspberry, nettles, alfalfa, and comfrey will help. We had an iron test done around 8 months of pregnancy and the doctor wrote back telling me to discontinue my iron supplements as my blood was off the charts rich and very high iron levels. I told her I hadn't taken ANY vitamins this pregnancy and she wrote down what I was doing to hopefully help others. We have learned so much by taking charge of our own health that is invaluable. So there is the story...everyone is different....some of us are even a little weird (I of course fall into that catagory). Actually....I heard that unassisted childbirth will give you bigger bicep veins ha ha. I know many are pleased with the doctor route and I'm happy for them, this is just our method and we have learned SO very much through dealing with our own pregnancies and deliveries and we've REALLY seen the power or the Lord at work and that's another story. Don't know why I rambled off on this subject....pregnant women LOVE to talk about birth stories, maybe that's it :7 :7 :7 (should have posted on the fitmom forum, oh well, I'm not typing this again!!) .

I will be awaiting your email address Julie, I can't even remember what I wrote you now...I'll have to look back and forward it. :) :) .
