snack: post workout protein shake
dinner: chicken, asparagus and lima beans
snack: protein shake with blueberries

So far I had:

Protein Shake after w/o
Asian Style Chicken Wrap
4 turkey meatballs
1/2 apple with a little pb--don't see the big deal in this

Later on will have:

grilled chicken, tortellini with sun dried tomatoes
Muscle Milk Protein drink/shake

So far today, I've had:

1 cup of cereal (my own mix of four different ones) with vanilla soy milk
1 piece 12 grain toast with natural pb and organic blueberries

1 apple/handful of baby carrots
Some almonds and 3 dried apricots

A whole wheat pita wrapped around lettuce, tomato, cuke, green peppers
Veg juice
1 banana

Gosh, that doesn't look too bad. I'm sure it'll go to he** in a handbasket before the day is through:p
 
Mine is boring. Got to get to the grocery store.

B-Kashi High Protein Cereal with a few pinches of splenda
S-Peanut Butter and Sugar Free Grape Jelly/watermelon
L-Can of tuna fish, chocolate carb bar with 14g of protein
S-Protein Shake after workout
D-Spaghetti (low carb noodles) with meatballs/Salad

Breakfast kashi high protein cereal with skim milk and a half a banana

Snack rest of banana

Lunch low fat chicken breast on whole wheat bread with spinach leaves onion and tomato

Afternoon snack will be fat free yogurt and blueberries

Dinner-turkey breast, yam and veggies

Snack..no clue yet

I had yogurt and Kashi for breakfast along with a Boca snausage and yes, that's snausage, which is what we call anything along those lines. Can't remember how that came to be but there it is.

I had a chicken breast and a mixed green salad with blue cheese dressing on the side for lunch. My daughter has taken to dipping her salad these days too.

A handful of nuts and cherries were snacked upon. I love cherries so much!

*Hangs head* I ate a red vine but I washed it down with green tea. When I was a child I liked to bite off the ends off of red vines and drink milk them. Whole milk.

I'm grilling burgers for dinner. I'll serve them on whole wheat and sesame buns with the works, minus mayo, of course. I need a pickle. I have been craving a hamburger. I am also grilling asparagus and making a huge salad and I may make sweet potato fries. They are frozen ones, organic, from the health food store and I like them alot.

Today:

Breakfast: a couple of easy-over eggs with a slice of toast
Snack: about an ounce of swiss cheese
Lunch: roast pork and a spinach salad with balsamic vinagrette dressing, and a cereal bar
Snack: yogurt, nuts, olives (I couldn't stop nibbling once I got home!)
Dinner: Jumbalaya - rice & a slice of whole wheat bread & a couple glasses of wine

That needs to be it for today. I need to eat less tomorrow.
