Today:
Breakfast: a couple of easy-over eggs with a slice of toast
Snack: about an ounce of swiss cheese
Lunch: roast pork and a spinach salad with balsamic vinagrette dressing, and a cereal bar
Snack: yogurt, nuts, olives (I couldn't stop nibbling once I got home!)
Dinner: Jumbalaya - rice & a slice of whole wheat bread & a couple glasses of wine
That needs to be it for today. I need to eat less tomorrow.
