Good morning girls,

Today I will do 45 min. cardio, not sure with one yet:D I worked my abs yesterday, never done KPC abs on Monday:mad:

I woke up with a stuffed nose and a migraines headache and my ear is infected:p

I am thrilled to report I am done with Drill Max. I really don't care for drill #5, so instead of repeating 5 and 2, I threw in the cardio from C&W and finished out my hour with some step. Off to work...Have a great day.
 
Good Morning!

Today was PUB BSB up, down and up again plus GS BSB t-back squeeze, overhead press and reverse curl. I used the same # as Cathe, except with overhead press, I had to go down to 12# and the last 2 bicep hammer curls I was FRIED and went to failure! The biceps were definitely the hardest mentally and physically!:eek: Oh, then I did 4ds kb abs. 80 min. total. Great workout!:D

My upper body is so sore from yesterdays workout. I feel it every where! WOOHOO!!!

Today was cardio so I chose one of the Cardio Coach mixes I made up. Had a great workout but I was done when I hit challenge #4. What was I thinking putting a 6 - 1 minute sprint challenge with only 30 seconds rest at the end of this mix? Crazy I tell you! It was fun, though. I was suppose to do abs as well but I'm saving that for tomorrow. I have more time tomorrow since I'm off.

Morning! I'm a little sore from yesterday too. Funny, I never notice it when I first wake up, but I notice it by later in the morning. I love that feeling! I'm such a junkie for DOMS.

I did Drill Max Ultra Cardio Blast Premix or something like that- the one that is 63 minutes long. It did cardio drills 1-6 TWICE. Holy night, didn't know that going into it. Then I did 4DS LIS abs. I burned 710 calories.

Belinda: Hope you feel better- I'm impressed you are going to do cardio while feeling so sick. You machine!

Schools are closed all over the area today. We have -30 wind chill. My car was absolutely frozen stiff when I turned it on this morning. Unfortunately - even when the schools are closed we still have to report to work. Bummer.

Anyway, I got up eventually this morning and did the Drill Max Scrambled Cardio premix. I don't think I had ever done that premix - it was actually fun. I had been dreading it - but it turned out alright. All during the WO I kept taking my HR and couldn't wait until the end of the wo to see how many calories I had burned...UNFORTUNATELY, when I went to check I had never started the timer thingy - I had reset it though. UGH!

I finished off with the LIS abs. My biceps are screaming at me today - but its all good.
 
Good morning everyone. I did TaeBo this morning and had a good sweatfest going on. I am feeling some DOMS in my back so far this morning. WOOHOO! Are we sick or what???

Hi All!

For my Cardio today I did Turbo Jam's Kickin Core and then added in the floorwork from Ab Jam. I love Kickin Core's cardio portion, so fun and I get into "pretend you're punching someone to the ground". Now that is sick! ;)

HRM said 556 calories! Yeah!

I definitely have DOMS in my biceps! Wow!! My back not so much, I can "feel" my back when I stretch, but not huge soreness. Shoulders...not so much either.

Belinda, Holy camolie, how did you do LIC cardio with a migraine and ear infection? Does it help/hurt a migraine to do that? Hope you feel better!

Karen: I've done that with my HRM too! Makes me crazy! Your weather there makes ours seem "balmy". We have a high of 10 today with negative numbers at night! Bring out the bikini! LOL! Keep warm!!

This morning, I did the Cardio Scramble Drill Max Premix. As with most premixes, it was one I hadn't done before, and it kept my heart rate in the high end of my zone for most of the workout. 46 minutes, 492 calories burned.
 
Ok, this is too funny - I had to share.

I have been really good the last few months about avoiding the vending machine at work. I just noticed that they had those caramellow bars in the vending machine now. I was drooling at the thought of one...

So being as my willpower is non-existant...I go and get money for the vending machine. I put in my dollar, punch in the number - I hear the machine whirling and....... my candy bar did not come out! (but my change did!) sigh. I always say that when that happens it happened for a reason (ie. I don't need the candy bar!) - so I wasn't THAT bummed. I did laugh though - too funny.

Hi everyone, Did DM yesterday, dreaded it, that means I really needed to do it! Today was PLB, I wore the weighted vest again, I can't believe the difference that makes! Thank you so much for making me push myself harder than I thought I could! Have a good night. Mary
 
Hi everyone! I did PLB today too like Mary did. For once I didn't dread doing legs, don't know why. I loved using the dumbbells for some of the weights instead of the barbell as it didn't irritate my shoulder like normal....I may have to invest in a weighted vest. Should I get Cathe's or is there a better alternative? Thoughts?
 
Drill Max Scrambleed Cardio

Hello everyone. Today was another evening workout. I did not get up in time this morning. Got home after 8 last and that just messes up windng down for the night. I woke up around 2:30 and I knew I would make it at 4:30. Anway. I had a decent workout. My biceps are not that sore and I though I gave them a good push yesterday. I think I feel my back more shoulders some too. I really have to rush off to bed now. Chat with you guys tomorrow. Good night.
 
I have to change the order of the rotation this week because I'm playing in a volleyball tournament on Saturday so I need to be reasonably rested. I did legs yesterday and back, bi's, and shoulders today. I will do my cardio Friday and Saturday morning. (Tournament starts at 4 p.m.) My muscles will have had time to recover and I'm used to doing a lot of cardio so I don't think that will bother me.

I had to pre-order one of the Amy Bento DVD's. I'm a sucker for a good deal.:)

Ok, I was good and worked out. I'm so used to working out 6 days a week anymore that the idea of not workingout on the seventh day just feels wrong. LOL!!! But, I'm following Debbie's rotation so I'm not working out on the seventh day.

Today's workout as per Debbie's rotation consisted of Drill Max- Scrambled Cardio Blast= 46 min. Phew! Drill Max will definitely give a great cardio workout and definitely bust through fitness plateaus and the sweat barrier big time!:p When I first got that DVD I didn't really care for Drill Max, after I used it a few times I really came to like it and love it. The premixes on it are great too! I also did 4DS LIS/HIS Abs only= 10 min. My arms are talking to me today, DOMS, LOL, they say hello Debbie! ;)

Someone mentioned they pre-ordered Amy Bento, I did too!

Thanks for the great workout rotation today! Phew! I definitely worked hard and I feel great. I love a good and tough workout.
