Thanks for what you do on this forum. I am looking for a new rotation, and in reading some of your rotations, wondered if you wouldn't mind answering a couple of questions (specifically about strength 4 week rotation from 9/05)?
I noticed that you use Pure Strength series a lot- I have both gym styles and slow and heavy, but not ps. Are these more or less interchangeable? The reason I ask is that in the above rotation, you combine two body parts from two different series- pure strength and pyramids I think, and I don't want mess up your intention with doing this
Also, I have timesaver, but not step jump and pump. Do you think it is worthwhile to purchase step jump and pump to do in its entirety, or would the first three challenges in timesaver suffice?
