Fit for Wednesday

Hi Everyone,

Sorry I hadn't posted yesterday I did do a kickbox class and early to boot. Need to focus on the eating department. Since my midterm is due this Thursday I have been stress eating but . . . am ready to hop back onto the clean eating path :). At least it was baked mac and cheese from whole foods (not exactly the best idea but . . . made from all natural ingredients ;)

How are all of you doing today?
 
erinski: sounds like a good workout and your right, the mac and cheese was from whole food so as long as you portioned it out, your good:)

today, i did one of my circuits with my interspersed sprints on the elliptical. I ended up going to sleep last night at 9 so i got a good solid 8hrs of sleep. this is VERY unusual for me since i suffer from insomnia. It felt good to actually sleep. Diet has been great. Cravings haven't started yet but i'm sure within the next couple of days they will start creeping in. Hope everyone else is doing well. Keep up the good work. I can't believe that T-Day is next thursday.
 
Hi Ladies... sounds like we are all making a little progress! I'm heading to do my nightly workout... will have to check WM to see what exactly it is, as I have forgotten, but following the November rotations, so it is pre-planned anyway! Eating has sucked for the past few days... I just feel like giving up until after the first of the year! It's so depressing... I just have no self control! I think about it and make a decision but then I get to lunch and it all goes out the window...
