fit for T-day Saturday

Good morning ladies. Hope you had a nice holloween and stayed sane with all the candy around. We don't have kids ourselves or have any in the neighborhood so i didn't have to buy candy. However, i'm feeling a littl bingy this morning. I think i will have my cheat meal tonight with my hubby but if i can hold out, i would rather have it tomorrow so we shall see. I don't workout on the weekends so it was nice sleeping in this morning. I already have my workouts laid out for next week.
monday:new squeeze workout
tuesday: cardio coach
wednesday: slim series workout
thursday: cardio coach
friday: old squeeze workout.
while i don't like intervals to much b/c they are so hard, i figured i can tolerate them 2 times a week and get the most out of my cardio workout. i also don't want any more muscle so i'm switching to light weight full body workouts.
Diet thus far is on spot and will hopefully stay that way. I had an egg sandwich on kashi waffles and coffee. Hope you ladies have a great day!

Kariev, We live far away from everything. lived here over 10 years and not one trick or treater. Your workout looks really good, you should or feel good results with that. Have a great week with your rotation.

Need to go shopping for clean eats. Probably will do some of it today and then again Tuesday. Will buy whole grains, lots of fruits and vegies, stuff like that there.

Still cleaning my house today, need to vacuum and clean the kitchen floor. Tomorrow I will do the two bathrooms, I already did the toilets.

Walking for me today, will be on the treadmill about 30 mins.

Hello Everyone,

I hope Halloween went smoothly for all. I did not escape unscathed as I thought. I had two pieces of gross frozen pizza and ate the almond joys and peanut m&ms out of my kids candy booty because they don't like nuts.

Still have a nasty head cold, so I don't even have an appetite, and things don't taste right. I haven't exercised in four days. Does anyone have suggestions for starting back up when you are getting over a cold? I don't have a fever anymore, but I have no energy. Do you just bite the bullet and do it, or ease into it? I need to get moving, or this week of inactivity is going to turn into a month.

I cooked a bunch this AM to take advantage of having no appetite :). I have tandoori chicken marinating, chicken in homemade Greek dressing marinating, made balsamic and ginger soy salmon, and a batch of brown rice in the rice cooker. I haven't made any vegetables b/c they make me nauseated with the cold. No I'm not pregnant.

I have soccer games and a presentation for Tuesday to do, as well as cleanmax and laundrymax.

All very exciting.

Kariev, I'm impressed with your workout lineup for the week, and breakfast sounded good. Do you alternate cardio coaches?

Kariev- that sounds yummy egg sandwich on waffles i am going to have to try. enjoy your cheat meal you deserve it and will be nice and strong for next weeks w/o's

Janiejoey that is the best quote ever!! i went shopping today and placed in a nice big bowl TONS of fruit so it is right in our face and this way will grab that hopefully first instead of anything not so clean :) It will feel so good to have a nice clean house too.

Sugarbean- you are jam packed with things make sure to get some sleepmax in there :). i think for w/o do one of your fav ones like 4ds lis or im2 those are my favs something fun to get you back into it and you dont have to go all out just get through it and then that will put you back on track.

HI fellow T-dayers... I'm not really feeling all that well... so have not posted much since I got back from Texas... I think that all the traveling has started to catch up with me... Just wanted to check in and tell you all to keep up t he good work! You are doing a FABULOUS job! hopefully I will be back in the saddle soon!
 
Sugarbean: yes i rotate my cardio coaches. so far I have 1,2,4,6,8,9
I just returned from my cheat meal. We went to Outback and I had 2 small slices of bread from the bread loaf and then i ate 1/2 of my burger and 1/2 of my fries. It was hard initially to push the plate away b/c it was sooooo good but the second i started to feel satisfied i said enough and immediately put a piece of gum in my mouth. i don't feel the least bit guilty about my treat dinner and words can't express how proud i am of myself for not binging and overeating. this is huge for me!!!! i realize now its a mental process and i have to get my thinking back to intuitive eating. hope you ladies have a wonderful weekend:)
 
Eriniski, thanks for the advice, I'm doing it tomorrow. Although, Cathe's new rotation looks good, except I don't have pure strength, but maybe I'll do S&H instead.

Kariev, I'M SO PROUD OF YOU! I know what that feels like, and I am going to use your trick of bringing gum to restaurants, that's a good one.

Hey guys! I'm here, sorry I was MIA these last few days. Things get super crazy here at the end of October for us!!! But today's the 1st of November and it's all behind me now! Now I can concentrate on Christmas shopping! LOL

I haven't really read too many posts the last few days, I apologize for being a bad checker-inner! :)

Today and tomorrow are rest days. I'm wiped out and need a break. However, I'm picking it up Monday morning and I'm starting Cathe's November Rotation. I'm excited. SO was talking about MAYBE starting P90X......so IF IF IF he decides to do that, I MAY change my mind and do it with him. He doesn't really work out. And he's convinced the "only" way to lose weight is to cut out carbs.....but I'm not going there with him on that topic. lol Honestly, I'll be surprised...SHOCKED, actually....if he DOES start P90X. I'm not pressuring him...I'm going to wait and see how it goes. He's athletic and strong, just not a worker-outer. (I'm making up all KINDS of words tonight, aren't I?)

So.....what's everybody been up to these last few days? Besides school halloween stuff, I've been doing some online Christmas shopping to get a really good headstart on that. I promised myself that I will not buy any JUNK this year just to 'up the count' of gifts. I will buy things the kids want and will use and THAT'S IT! I don't worry too much about going over board for Christmas....I'm tight-fisted all year long with them and really only go crazy on them for their Birthdays and Christmas.

OK...enough rambling!

Hi Y'all:

feeling better today so will be heading off the couch here shortly to run some errands and something for lunch... head to the store (as to not shop on an empty stomach!) and do laundrymax today! again! where did the housekeeper go??? I wish I had one!

So, how are we all doing today? I had toast with PB this morning to take the edge off, so I wouldn't consider that clean, but the alternative (eggs) didn't appeal to me due to yesterdays nausea right after eating them...

Will be doing some sort of total body workout this afternoon... loaded the November rotation onto my WM calendar and made all my modifications with DVD's I have in lieu of what was scheduled, so I'm mostly all set... I am fighting the urge to buy a few more Cathe DVD's in anticipation of STS the end of December... can I make it through the next 2 months with what I have??? I think I must resist... I want KB's too... UGH!:mad: why do they keep coming out with all this fitness stuff!?!?

Gayle: I hear you about not having the fitness discussion with SO/DH... He always comes up with an alternate argument when I bring up something I have read or seen online... He does his steady state treadmill 5-6 days a week for anywhere from 45-70 minutes and has really nice legs! :D but it is the beer belly that... oh well... he's still cute to me! I just don't bother sharing any fitness info with him...

anyway, hope everyone is having a great, good eating, sweaty day (rest day or not) :)
