Filming Begins Tomorrow!

We’re all set up and ready to go! Cast and crew will be arriving bright and early Saturday morning for our first day of filming the Lift, Move & Restore series!
Pictured here are Cathe and some of the cast rehearsing a mobility position for the upcoming Functional Mobility Fusion workout. This is one of the many types of training that will be highlighted in this series!

I know you're busy, but what brand yoga socks are the girls wearing?

I'm on it! On Cathe's FB page, several people were asking about the socks, Cathe

Not only am I excited, but I have a coworker who pre bought the series. She is new to Cathe and I recommended it since it sounds exactly like what she is looking for. I like to think that maybe I'm a good example of what you can achieve with Cathe's help because I don't think I'm a slick sales rep!
