Attention CatheLIVE subscribers , Thursday February 19, 2026 at 9:30am EST we’ll be doing “Multiple Muscle Movement”LIVE! This steady paced total body workout targets your upper body, lower body, and core while improving strength, endurance, and overall conditioning.

Equipment needed:

A variety of weighted dumbbells (we’ll be using 5-15’s… but feel free to use heavier or lighter as needed)

A fitness mat

Looking forward to this! I am on week 4 of STS ( doing it at 50 is so different from the last time I did this series) so this will be a welcome change!
Thank you Cathe for always switching it up and keeping me in my toes literally!!!!
Good luck to you on your second round. Please let us know how it goes and I'm curious to know what the difference will be the first time you did it and the second time at your current age.
 
I can tell you so far I lost some weight the first cycle. Now I'm in phase 2 and I'm doing pretty good probably lifting alittle lighter than the first time. But I'm feeling good and feeling sore lol thank you for asking!!!
