Exercise Snacks

I would love to see some really short 10-15 minute workouts working different body parts and also including 10-15 minute cardio (I’ve been reading about the benefits of REHIT recently and it sounds fascinating). On days when I don’t have 30 or 40 minutes it would be great to have short workouts that I could fit in as and when.

I'm seconding this suggestion for exercise snacks. Since so many Cathletes are 50, 60 and 70+ in wisdom years, exercise "snacks" are a great idea for after meals (and really anytime) to help with blood glucose regulation. Not a full workout, I'll reserve that for my dedicated hour+ workout. Just 10-20 minutes, to fit in after meals or whenever. I was watching the Live clip for Gold and Fit - looked like that would be an excellent example of things to include for a movement snack. Fun play with the mini-ball, a stability ball, the balance discs, tubing, firewalkers, light weights, some cardio, some flexibility, mobility, etc. The REHIT mentioned above is also a great option. I think one "snack" focused on improving posture or addressing tech neck would be great too.

I'm not sure if this would interest you, but Barlates has a lot of shorter "snacks." She even has a little series she calls "Advent Snacks." I've just begun to explore her content, which is extensive. I bought a couple of her DVD's as well. One of them she even has 4 workouts that use the Yoga Wheel, which I am finding challenging! She even has her kitties on the set sometimes! I'm really enjoying her workouts! You can find her on You Tube......
