Spinervals, an awesome workout.

Taebo Advanced Live - oldies but goodies

Margaret Richard - very classy, she is the one I reach for when I can't do Cathe BUT you will feel the burn.

*Hardcore Kickbox-Janice Saffell
*Step Fever & Step Power & Pump-Donna Read

Mariángeles, don't know how I missed this thread!! You might very well know my answer....besides Cathe my favorite and best would be P90X!!....:)...Carole

Christi Taylor...Solid Gold Step, Still Steppin', Step Heaven, Totally Cool Step, Stepping Zone, Stepsational...I would never part with them. :)

Rob Glick 'Amazing Step Styles'

I use Intense Moves and Aerostep too!

I have a lot of fun ones that I will never part with.

Breakthru Body Blast with Tracy and Michelle
Still Steppin & Solid Gold Step (Christi Taylor)
Awesome Intervals (Mindy Mylrea)
The Next Step (Seasun Zieger)
The Firm Total Body Shaping Mix (this is the only Firm I can stand and it's a goody)
KS's Lift Weights To Lose Weight 1 (I love the upper body section only. It's pretty tough in my book)

There are several that I love doing, but I guess my favorites (besides Cathe's) are:

Seasun's workouts
Christi Taylor's workouts
Firm BSS3
P90X

Linda

P90X
Spinervals
Powerstrike Millenium 1 & 2
The Firm Lower Body Split
The Firm Standing Legs
Mindy Mylrea Extreme Intervals
Mindy Mylrea Action Packed
CIA 2102 Powerbar Training

Erica

Oh....I forgot the PowerStrikes! I use the Millenium's 1, 2 and 3 quite often.

Linda

Fitprime- Weigths First, Strong Bear
Firm- Tough Tape 1, Total body Shaping Mix
Tracie Long- Revolution Series, Yorktowns

These are my faves that haven't seen any use since I've been on my Cathe kick. Well with the exception of core Foundations. I do that one once a week.

Seasun Zieger
Step Power and Pump - Donna Read
Christi Taylor ( but not the newest ones)
Phillip Gray
Rob Glick
Patrick Goudeau
Cardio Crazy - Gay Gasper
Step Til you Drop - 1 and 2
Franny Bennedetto
All Out Hi lo - Donna Read ( I think that is the title)

I know I'm in the minority, but I love my FitPrime workouts (my favs are Fast Cheetah & From the Ground Up). I also LOVE TLP's Core Cardio.

I love Tae Bo original Advanced, Tae Bo Get Ripped Advanced, and Tae Bo Abs and Glutes. I'm not exactly sure why it is so, but I find my abs are in the best shape when I do these. No other kickboxing workouts quite do the same. Other than these, I pretty much stick to Cathe. I can't get Christie Taylor's choreography!

**Firms: Tough Tape 1, Sculpted Buns Hips and Thighs, Firm Strength, Volume 5, Volume 6, Cardio Step Mix

**P90X

**Gin Miller - the original Step Reebok workout, Intense Moves

**Ali McGraw's Yoga Mind & Body

**Bryan Kest's Power Yoga three-workout series (Energize, Tone Sweat)

I too like Intense Moves by Gin Miller. I had lot's of tapes before Cathe, but after Cathe I haven't bought anyone else. The Intense Moves is the only tape I've done other than Cathe & I only did it once. :7

I'm in love with Cathe. I don't want nobody else.

Since getting into Cathe, I seem to reach for her workouts 90% of the time, but here are a few that I still throw in here and there because they're almost as challenging as Cathe:

Intense Moves - Gin Miller (Almost easy compared to the Imaxes, but still a challenge.)

Hardcore Kickbox Circuit - Janis Saffell (Nice change of pace to do kickboxing with weight segments in between.)

Breakthru Body Blast - Tracy York and Michelle Dozois (A fairly challenging circuit workout - cardio segments are tougher than the weight segments.)

Step It Strong - Keli Roberts (A pretty advanced circuit workout - weight segments are tougher than the cardio segments, and you get even more upper body weight work and ab work when the circuit part is over.)

Tighter Assets Cardio Blast - Tamilee Webb (An intermediate level hi/lo aerobic workout - good for days when I don't want to do step or just feel like something a little easier.)

Breakthru Core Conditioning Pilates - Tracy York and Michelle Dozois
Prevention Flatten Your Abs with Pilates - Michelle Dozois (These two only run around a half-hour but are good overall Pilates workouts.)

Get Hard Arms and Shoulders - Cory Everson (Somewhat dated, and kind of cheesy when it comes to the music and dialogue, but the exercises can't be argued with. It's a pretty intense half-hour of work for the shoulders, biceps and triceps.)

Some short, but good, "add-ons":

QuickFix Pilates Abs - Keli Roberts (Three 10 minute workouts, but Keli makes every minute count. I do one segment in the evening, three days a week, in addition to the more traditional ab work (such as the abs from Muscle Endurance) that I do in the morning. I've noticed significant strength gains in my abs since combining the two.)

QuickFix Stability Ball - Keli Roberts (A great way to squeeze in some regular stability ball work. The abs section is especially fun.)

I Want Those Abs, I Want Those Buns, I Want Those Arms - Tamilee Webb (Each tape has two 15 minute workouts for the specific area. The arms tape is pretty moderate, but the 2nd workout on the abs tape and both leg workouts are quite challenging. The first workout on each tape is supposed to be the easier of the two, but for some reason I find workout #1 on I Want Those Buns, with it's non-stop 15 minutes of various lunges and squats, to be harder.)

These workouts aren't all that hard, but I pull them out from time to time just because I enjoy them:

Reebok Step, Rhythm and Moves - Petra Kolber
The Step Workout and Step Attack (CIA Videos) - Donna Read
Ultimate Step Workout - Keli Roberts
4 Day Rotation Workout - Donna Richardson
Quick Toning Thighs of Steel - Tamilee Webb
Cardio Options (CIA Video) - Linda McHugh
Step, Kickbox and Funk Workouts (CIA Video) - Janis Saffell

There's also a CIA video with 3 step workouts by Joan Pitt, Dawn Pappas and Lori Saitta. Joan's isn't cued very well, Lori's is pretty easy but enjoyable enough, but Dawn's I like a lot. It's more on the advanced side and has a few intervals thrown in that approach the anaerobic zone. Definitely more athletic than dancy.
