Hi Everyone
I seem to have absolutely no energy just lately and as a result my workouts are really suffering.
I've been running a couple of times a week (2-3 x 5k) together with Cathe cardio/weight training (4x week). I've been doing this for the past 6 months with a recovery week every 4 weeks or so.
My eating hasn't changed in this time (clean eating) but my energy is so low at the moment. I'm reluctant to 'up' my carbs too much as my body seems to react badly and put on weight.
Has anyone any pointers on how to overcome this energy dip - especially as I have my 5k (3.2 miles) race in a few weeks and I can't seem to run more than 2 miles without giving up at the moment?
