Educated crowd - what am i doing wrong?

You may already do this, but make sure that you eat breakfast, and then eat every few hours for maximum fat loss/muscle gain. Make sure that all meals/snacks are balanced with protein, carbs and fat.

That looks much better. I was freaking out all morning thinking I'm not training hard enough. LOL.
