Hi Donna,
I'm doing your "famous" rotation from video fitness and the ya-ya's. I just wanted to let you know that I'm really enjoying it. Today I did Step and Intervals followed by PLB. Before I did it I thought "Donna's got a death wish", but it was pretty do-able, much to my surprise!

Do you go heavier than Cathe on the pyramids? If so, by about how much? I'm assuming you do.

Donna, you are such an inspiration to me! I think of you often and really appreciate your steadfastness, which pushes me on when I feel like a wimp!

Thank you so much (insert smilie blushing like an idiot!)

And ya know, sometimes I put stuff together and when it's time to do it I say to myself, "what were you thinking?" and most are do-able but some fall into the "well I'll never do this combination again!" catagory!
As for the pyramids, I go with Cathe on the leg presses, I found that when I tried to be "Superwoman" I exhausted my legs a tad too much before static lunges, which are clearly my nemesis!
So...
leg presses: with Cathe
static lunges: less than Cathe (20-25-30-25-20)
squats/plie squats: heavier than Cathe (40-45-50-45-40)
deadlifts: heavier than Cathe (same as squats)
calf raises: haven't completed them with her yet! :) Legs are usually feeling "soupy" by this time!

And I'm not too inspiring on the floorwork in this puppy! I'm almost in tears by the time she gets to the outer thigh lifts! I'm either shaking like crazy to get the last few reps out, or rolled over on my side like a dead fish starring at Cathe and the crew finish up as I lie in a pool of sweat barely coherent!

You are too funny! Dead fish:D I agree about the floor work, it's my favorite part to get interrupted on;-) . My calves are still sore. They certainly do burn during those calf raises, but the after effects are worse. I added the CTX kick boxing to PUB for the next day because I need to take today off (tons of school work). I am sore everywhere! Loving this rotation!
