I did PS CST for the first time on Friday and am still sore on Sunday. I'm going to do this rotation for weeks 1-4..Am hoping my Intensity Series DVD will come along by then. I'm counting on you... 5 lbs per week!
I'm going to have to start working out twice a day...sigh.
Imax was not one of the cardios at that time because I hadn't purchased it yet. And the 60 min of cardio does include the warm up and cooldown.
I used a variety of different cardios, whatever suited my mood, none were low impact though, I didn't dabble into the world of low impact until earlier this year when I found Charlene Prickett, so all cardios were high impact or mixed impact and either Cathe, Gilad or Crunch (don't ask, I had a "Crunch" thing going on back then!)
And weeks 5 & 6 you really feel! I can still remember that!
Thank you for posting this rotation!! I really NEED something to help me get past this Holiday / Caribbean Cruise (first week of DEc.) eating mode!!! YIKES--I feel just so hooked on this eating junk food. I hope this rotation will keep me focused on my 20 lb. wt. loss objective.

OH MY GOODNESS!!! I just caught the fact that you lost 37.5 lbs in 6 weeks doing this!!! No wonder your clothes were too big. Yea, yea, I know that the more wt. you have to lose, the faster you lose it, but DANG!!!!! Sorry to gush on and on, but WOWOWOWOWOWOW!
Yeah, too bad those days are over! Well, no, not too bad but I wish the same results could be had now! Funny how the closer you get to your ideal weight the harder it is for the fat to come off! I was riding so high then that the fall to earth has been a real "eye opener!" I use to think it would always be that easy! Just workout hard, sweat off the meat! Now it's workout hard, sweat, AND I have to watch what I eat! That last part is the toughest of all!

I'm starting this tomorrow, with tweaks, and I can't wait. I'm gonna add a short/easy cardio to make 5 cardios per wk, make 1 or 2 an interval workout and for the first 4 wks, divide PS Legs into standing and floorwork....so legs 2Xwk.
Donna, if I lose 2 sizes, I'm gonna find you and kiss you right on the mouth! :*
