Dog Shampoo recommendations??

Conni

Cathlete
Anyone have a good dog shampoo that you want to let me in on? We have an 8 month old chocolate lab and I have been using baby shampoo, but I think we need to move to something else.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

TIA

Cloud Star Buddy Wash - I like bergamot & green tea a little better than the original
lavender & mint scent but they are both good. You can find it at Petco, Amazon.com, you can occassionally find it at Trader Joe's for a few $$, I just bought a new bottle on sale for $ 3.95 at Cost Plus World Market

The other one I really like is Neem Protect Shampoo by Ark Naturals. It smells really good but not overpowering. I buy mine by the gallon at KVVet.com but they also have smaller bottles. Whole Foods carries it but it is kind of expensive there. I think Vita Cost has it at a reasonable price.

Halo Pets also has a really good herbal shampoo, it smells kind of blah on its own therefore I mix it with their herbal dip which smells REALLY good.

PetCo carries that brand, VitaCost and VitaminShoppe are more reasonably priced.

Thanks everybody, I will be looking for the Buddy Wash at the pet store later...:D

Sherman thanks you too!

A few years ago, our vet commented on what beautiful coats our dogs had and he was shocked when we told him we used our Suave apple scented shampoo! It's probably better to use shampoo suited for dogs' coat and skin but we never had problems with the suave.

We have a chocolate lab, too and swear by the Really Good Doggie Shampoo by Key West Aloe. It has a great scent that lasts a long time.
