Hi all!
I'm finally sitting down. Workout today is something like this: get kids out of house, go to work, play on spreadsheets and do conference calls all day, inlcuding a conference call on way home. Miss DD's volleyball game. Drop off GS cookies to neighbors who haven't been home, get very disgusting car washed (Dd almost refused to ride in it), go to grocery store, pick up pizza from deli because no time to cook, too. Shove pizza down, take son to scouts, hit grocery store again so that we food for rest of week, pack up cookies to ship out to family, head back to boy scouts to deliver the girl scout cookies to the families and discuss mine/DH's responsibilities for the troop, come home, direct the shower/pj's/make lunch/pack bags including sport clothes. Somewhere in there I'm sure I got some cardio or strength benefit. (ok, thanks for letting me vent)
