Did you ever run in your bra?

I did today. I left the house and it was very cloudy. 2K into my run the sun came through and it turned really warm. I was wearing a long sleeved running shirt and decided to take it off. So there I was, running in my sports bra. Didn't feel entirely comfortable doing that but eh, at least I wasn't cooking from the inside out anymore.

I don't, but I often REALLY WANT to because it gets hot! Good for you though, there really is absolutely nothing at all wrong with it!

I've done that, especially in races in the summer.

I also wore a zip-front sports bra under a jumpsuit to a massive party once. I was dancing on the stage and had the top of my jumpsuit pulled down because it was SO FREAKING HOT, and the zip on my bra broke, exposing me to about 2000 people.

The only people that are on my ole' gravel road during the day are old folks. I would hate to give anyone a heart attack!

Yes. I'm in CA and it is way too hot in the summer to jog in anything else. Altho I wear an undewire under my sports bra.

Yes, I do. I also bike in it too...and garden in it...and mow the lawn in it...

But I do wear sunscreen! :)

Not a runner but I do work out in the gym in my sports bra. They keep it too warm in there for a shirt over it. No one has ever said anything to me about it so I guess it doesnt bother the other exercisers.

I almost did...I was climbing the Grouse Grind in Vancouver. Its a stair step path up Grouse MOuntain and its very steep with tall stairs and I am very short. Anyway, I was wearing a sweatshirt with nothing under it. I got half way up and I thought I was going to die from heat exhaustion, so I took my shirt off. It was in the 40's outside too. I was naked from the waist up, but not a single person coming down ogled (male or female). A few women said they have done the same thing on occasion.

IMO, a "Sports bra" is quite different from a "bra." I work out in sports bras all time, though I don't run.

I've never jogged in my bra or had my zipper break while dancing on stage, but I did sneeze once and all the buttons simultaneously popped open on my blouse. Seriously.

Oh, and it was my first day at work, and I was in the coffee room getting acquainted with several of the gentlemen (and no women) in the office. They got to know me a lot better than I would have preferred.

Nope, I always have a sports bra on, but never just jog it in....
we live on a country road and I wouldn't feel safe, too many men riding down the road in their pick-ups...... Rhonda

All of the time. I can't stand to wear a shirt in the Missouri humidity. If I start out with a shirt on, I will shed it after a mile. This past January 1st, it was so unseasonably warm and humid, I did a New Year's day run in shorts and a bra (started out with a shirt). Very atypical for January in Missouri!!!

I live in the country as well and I guess, I never worry too much about people driving by -- they really can't see me too well. I am uncomfortable however, having a conversation with someone when I am just wearing my sports top. Although I am getting more confident about doing yard/garden work in a bikini top and shorts.
