Did my first CC this morning! WOW!

I did Volume 6 on my bike and it was Awesome! I haven't been on my bike in a while so my rear will be sore later :eek: But I would NEVER have finished those sprints on my own w/out Sean helping me out :)

Oh, Mary. You've got me excited now! I just bought 5, 7 & 8 this morning and right now I'm downloading them. The only other CC I've done is Press Play, and these gals have convinced me I need to try more! Glad you enjoyed yourself!

I did 6 yesterday and I was on fire!! Don't you just love the whole Cardio Coach Land escape!? In the first challenge as you're coming into that first big sprint, when Sean says, "You want better? You want more? Well you're in charge of that.", it gave me goosebumps! He absolutely lights a fire under me like nobody else when it comes to cardio! }(
 
Glad another person loves CC. I did 7 today and pushed myself harder than the last time just because I couldn't give up on myself or Sean. I love these workouts. It's become almost all I do. The spin bike is great, I did 8 on it the other day and was totally wiped. Yea!!
 
I finally got 4, 7 and 8 on my iPOD and I do CC for the very first time tonight. My focus has been on weight training for a long time and I really struggle with cardio. Anyone familiar with these have any feelings about which of the three I should start with tonight?

I think I'd start with 4, primarily because it's a shorter workout. I LOVE both 7 and 8, but 4 is one of my all-time favorites, and its well under an hour long. Of course, you always have the option to skip a challenge and go straight to the cool down, too.

It took me a few times with each workout to find my zones, so don't feel bad if you have trouble figuring that out tonight. I've found that the 2nd time around with his workouts is usually always better than the first. ;)

I just bought 1,2,3,5,&6. I bought 4,7,&8 last week. I love these workouts. I run out doors and do Cathe on alternate days. I've only done 4 on a hill and I did 7 today around a lake path with out hills.
I never thought I could run for an hour and love it!
I'm going to have a great summer with CC.

I'm there with the "firsties" today too.

Didn't have time for an entire workout, but did the first two challenges of #4 and really enjoyed it considering I didn't get enough sleep. I think it totally energized me and I actually made it through the entire day at work ! Woo Hoo !

So I purchased 2, 4, 5, 7 & 8 this weekend. Can't wait to delve into the others.

Having done HIIT by following other plans, I really like this "lazy" way of having someone tell me what to do - but the best part is the encouragement that is added and the count downs out loud push me harder.
