Darnit, my IMAX3 DVD is screwed up

I've only done it like 3-4 times. I always keep it in the case. All of a sudden it started skipping & freezing right smack in the middle of combo 7. Very frustrating.

Has this happened to anyone else? Do you think I can return it, or do I need to trash it & buy another one?

If you've only done it 3-4 times, that sounds like a defect to me. It hasn't happened to mine. Although by the time I get to combo 7, I'd be happy for a little freezing

Did you purchase it directly from SNM? Check out Customer Service. It states that all DVDs are guaranteed for life for the original purchaser. Still a pain, but at least you can have it replaced.

Have you tried to clean it. My DVD's sometimes freeze and skip when they are dirty.

Both my Imax3 and Lowmax skip on my "cheapie" dvd player in my workout room, but they are fine on my other dvd player in the family room. Thankfully they are "No equipment" workouts, so I can just move my step around the corner to workout. It does seem odd that yours was fine until recently. Probably a defect of some sort and hopefully SNM will help you out.
