OK I must first confess that I do not watch the Olympics. I find it to be one big, giant, international snooze fest.

But this lady is so impressive! Saw her on CNN (if you haven't guessed yet, my main informational source for pretty much everything) & all I could think was WOW. If you haven't seen them, check out this woman's abs:

She swam in the relay's the other night and she is the anchor for the team. She kept right up with all the young ladies. What an inspiration its her 5th Olympics I think they said. She was first in them when she was 17 years old.

She actually had the fastest split time in that event in Olympic History - so, she not only kept up, she blew them out of the water...pun intended!
