Shoot! George is going home! Oh, well, I hope this has given his career a jump start and we'll be seeing more of him. He should get on a sit-com of some sort. I see he already has a Ritz Cracker commercial.

So, go Drew!!!

I like George, but I think it was his time to go. I was surprised, however, to see that Lisa was at the bottom of the voter's list. I wonder if she'll be next?

I was surprised that Jerry got first place, over Drew and Stacie. Definitely not reflective of their talents and performance. I think this is too much of a popularity contest. And I'm wondering if the sudden boost to Jerry's votes (didn't he come in second-to-last last week?) is due to his appearing at the Super Bowl, and fans there, who never watched the show before, calling in to vote?

I think more weight should go to the judge's scores over home viewers (who have proven that they don't always make the best decisions, otherwise Master P would have been out of there on week 2).

Also, allowing the viewers to start calling in votes at the beginning of the show is not such a good idea, perhaps. Jerry danced first, so maybe he got a rush of votes after that, and people didn't have vote left to give to the others who deserved it more.

I wonder if Lisa didn't shoot herself in the foot with the crappy musical choice (a BAD rendition of "9 to 5")? I certainly found it distracting, detracting from the performance. Maybe other viewers had that reaction as well?

I really enjoyed George Hamilton (I think because he somewhat reminds me of my father), but it really was his time to go.

I love watching Drew dance--that man has a lot of talent. Jerry is certainly trying and I would give him a lot of credit for just that (heck, I wouldn't get out there in front of the cameras and dance!!), but he's really stiff. He looks embarrassed and awkward, and it ruins the performance.

I taped this week's programs but haven't gotten up to Lisa yet.

I like Jerry myself....which is a big DUH as I am a huge Football fan and he is one of the best receivers I have ever watched.......I give all of the non professional dancers credit for being there and doing this. I still think it will come down to Drew or Stacey winning.......Carole

Oh no....say it isn't so. With George gone, who will they get to be the spokesperson for the Beverly Hills and Palm Beach "hood?"

I think before they get to the bottom two the people that they "save" are saved in random order...not based on their ranking. At least that is my impression of the way they handle the results show. In that case Jerry isn't neccesarily number one in the rankings.

At first, I thought that all but the lowest scorer was announced in ramdom order, but then I noticed that when they discuss the dancers' rankings of the week before, they mentioned that "X received the highest score last week" or "Y received the second highest score last week," and these rankings correspond to the order in which they were told they were safe.

Also, the comments by Tom Bergeron and the other cohost (when she was talkig to Stacey and the others) made it pretty clear that the annoucement is in order of ranking.
