I've been missing this place for the past few days. I have been working out, but making time for it has been tough. I have certainly needed it though, because work (job)has been busy and stressful.
Well, yesterday I did the first half of MIC and then did a half hour of lower body weights (no taped routine, just my own).
Tomorrow I will do Imax 3 and PUB. Sunday is PLB, but I can't remember which cardio - I may do a non-Cathe tape, but then again, I may not be able to resist when I do decide.
