Good Morning Everyone,

My apologies for being MIA. I had such a busy weekend and then I went out of town for a couple of days. I am back for a few days but head out to Vancouver next week so my checking in might be spotty. That said, today I did Cathe's LMR for total body (41 minutes). It was challenging.

Great to see most of you checking in over the past few days and getting in your workouts. WTG!!!

time- enjoyed re-visiting it)
CoffeyFit Raw- "Boxing with Egg Weights Finisher" - 15 min.

Siobhan, good to see you back! Glad to hear you think LMR Total Body is challenging. Might try that one tomorrow. I'm going to try to do LMR Lower Body today and see how if affects my leg.

Oh my, I. Am. So. Sore!!! Triceps, back, biceps, oh my!!

So of course today I did Jamie McKagan's latest Boxing Circuit for 52 minutes. I was hurting doing her upper body weight exercises, lemme tell ya. And I was only using 3 pound dumbbells oh my!!

Nice workouts ladies!!

Glad to see Siobhan back with us!

Annette- Sorry to hear you are feeling the soreness today. I can understand opting for kickbox circuit and opting for 3 pound dumbbells. Sometimes even three pounds can feel to heavy when your muscles and still feeling it from yesterday.
